Had a pickup order for 3 subs. One of them was specified no cheese and came with cheese and our friend couldn’t eat it because she is lactose intolerant. I called and they quickly made everything right and offered to deliver the sub so we didn’t have to go back. 10/10 customer service. We really appreciate it. Thank you!
Lasagna was excellent. Wings were amazing. Chicken parm solid. Sausage was also amazing but could’ve sat in the crock pot a couple more hours to soften it up a bit. Service was excellent. They ran out of bread so no bread to soak up the sauce with. 8:00 (they’re open til 10), could’ve sent a runner to grab a few loaves or some rolls or something. Let’s get it together ppl lol
We've been to Valerio's many times. It's always delicious. This time around my son and mother-in-law had penne and meatballs and they were very happy. Each came with a sizeable side salad. I had the eggplant Parmesan and I had asked for extra sauce. When it arrived I was not disappointed. It was covered on sauce and cheese and it was Delicious as well. Also came with a nice side salad and the table got some bread service. Nice fat, fresh, Italian bread. We will be back! Never a disappointment.
If I could give ten I would! BEST gluten free pizza I've ever had hands down!! I don't just mean best for gluten free, my gluten eating family members liked it too. I got the chicken bruschetta pizza. Wings were PERFECT. Service was great. Atmosphere was great. Standards style music which I enjoy.
Tried the Pizza, Soup, Balls, and Lasagna. All FANTASTIC! Also a super nice and knowledgeable waitress. Definitely coming back to try other menu items!
Never been to Valerio's before and it was quite a delightful experience. I highly recommend that you give it a try. And the staff are so friendly and professional. I definitely will be back.
I was just here for takeout. Ordered online and drove over to pick it up. I've come here on and off for years. I've actually been coming here since before it was Valerio's. Back in the 70's and 80's (and before that even), this was a convenience store. My Grandparents lived up the street, so I was around a lot.
My favorite pizza in Erie. When my wife and I visit Erie and are looking for comfort food this is the place. We love the regular pepperoni pizza. The crust is perfect and been the same for so many years. It is always busy and you know why. We enjoyed the Sinatra type music playing in the dining room too. Was a relaxing evening. Don't change a thing!
