I have had food here twice while I visited Erie. First night we had a family Spaghetti meal ???? that we ordered out. It came with a bucket of Spaghetti with 4 meatballs, warm garlic bread and antipasto salad. We are still eating off that meal 3 days later. We enjoyed the meal and were surprised at the lower than expected cost. We went back for a sit-down lunch and each had a mini pizza, choice of soup or salad, drinks and basket of bread (lunch special). All this for under $15 with fantastic service.
This place has great food,so I gave them 5 stars. I gave them 4 stars on service because of the wait,otherwise it would have been 5 stars. It's almost like they have too much business,if there's such a thing,lol.There were so many people waiting in the lobby area,it took some time for me to get what I ordered for the pickup,that when I got home,my food had gotten cold by then. I think they should open another restaurant to accommodate the high volume of customers or get a better system for handling people quicker so food doesn't get cold while waiting for others to get your order to you.
This isn't meant to be a bad review to say the least. This is a great place to eat,but I just wish they had kept the restaurant in the Harbor Creek area open to accommodate all the business they get in order to get people their orders faster.
On a different note,it's not as busy during the week,but they get really slammed on the weekends!
This is my first time at an Italian restaurant. I went to this restaurant on 38th Street. The waiters inside are nice. The dishes recommended to me are also very good
Everytime I come here, it’s always a good experience. This time, my order was taking longer than expected. I had waited an extra 15-20 minutes for my food that was already a 30 minute wait. Not only was my food incredibly fresh, but they threw in extra orders of pizza logs and a two liter for free! Best service!
Great staff always willing to go above and beyond. I've never had a bad experience. I went there Friday night and an order that I placed somehow never made it into their system to make. They went above and beyond to make it right. They get extremely busy, but they always make it right when accidents happen. I eat here probably more than I should lol but the food is always amazing and the staff so friend. 5 stars always.
We just had a family gathering at Valerios this past wednesday, May 1st! We had a group just shy of 20. We ordered pizza, wings and salad. The food was so good and our waitress was extraordinary!! I could not have been happier! Highly reccommended!
Horrible Customer Service. Placed Online order at 5:38pm for delivery and website stated it was to be delivered by 7:08pm. 90 minute delivery window. Didn't receive my order so I called at 7:20 and girl who answered told me my order was just walking out of the door. Manager got on phone and told me that they had 1 driver and delivery times are 2 hours. So you want me to pay $2.75 for delivery and give the driver a tip? This is horrible service and I will never order from them again.
UPDATE: Finally received my food afters 2 hours and driver said they were going to refund my money. Something about there was a pizza made but didn't know who's it was. 7 minutes later another driver shows up with same order. You told me when I called you only had 1 driver and the pizza I received was cold
They bring me cold pizza I call after a few day because being A single mom of three is really really hard and it was the holidays. I got time to finally call them and they couldn’t do anything for me. My order was almost $40 paid for with my card.
