An absolutely genuine auto service center still providing good and honest service in a professional manner since before the 50s while treating their customers like family. There is also more than a bit of nostalgia here. Sometimes, the best skills are owned by the oldest and wisest. They also share that knowledge. Here you get both, but one is losing his hearing like me. Never will you find a nicer group of humans in one shop from my perspective. Yes, I'm new to the neighborhood, I do drive Firestones, but I no longer have any service done there. Drop in at Valentine's when by there soon and gain your own impressions. It is easy to find and bigger than it looks. Leavenworth Rd west @ I-635 past 51st St on left.

I needed to get the brakes done on my Blazer. I called them on Tuesday and took it in Wednesday morning, I asked if they had time go ahead and do an oil change. They called at lunch time and said they only needed to change pads on the front brakes, so they did my oil change and rotated my tires and did a 33 point inspection to make sure everything was in good shape. I picked my Blazer up at 1:30 . I was pleased with the service and communication from them.

Everyone is so helpful and kind. I am absolutely clueless about cars but they'll explain what they're going to do and also give me time to make decisions instead of rushing me.

I also love the pup they have in the office… haha!

I’ve always had great service at Valentine’s and plan to go back again and again. I already am a regular customer. I’m glad they’re in my neighborhood. It’s perfect.

Great automotive repair experience. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The technician have been at the shop for many years and it was enjoyable to see them interact with each other. My exhaust line was damaged in an attempted theft of my catalytic converter and the team identified the problem and got it fixed up for a fair price.

The old lady in the lobby was also pleasant. I give her 5/5 stars as well.

I don't know where to start this place is so amazing. From the customer Service actually making me feel like they really care. To the response, reasonable prices to the work. My car need quite a bit of work done. They continue to work with me and my family until my car was completed. Such a beautiful community vibe that shows that they care about their customers who they treat more like family. Thank you to everyone there you all played a roll in blessing my family.

This place is amazing. The lady qho takes your call is so sweet and caring.I made an appointment. They had to keep my car over night to keep looking for the problem. I was fine with that. They found and fixed the problem we thought but my light came back on I called them they had me bring it back up it was the same code number. They asked me if I could come back Monday because it was Friday and about closing time. I said hey I can leave it if that's OK and it was. I didn't expect to hear anything for a day or so in the week but she called me an hour ago. It took time and work but they found the problem. Fixed it drove around to make sure so they wouldn't bother me if it wasn't but it was. They are amazing and will be my new Mechanic. I love Jenny ( I hope that's how she spells it) she is so sweet and good listener about what is going on with your car. She is the polite person I came across. They all have a good energy and will explain everything to you.. They will continue to get mine and my husband business..
