I couldn't find anything to complain about this practice. Excellent caring GPs and helpful staff. Getting appointments is a problem everywhere. You give respect to staff and they will do anything in their remit for you.
One of the worst GPs I have came across if there is below one star for rating then I would have given 0. You will not get appointments always the calling are busy by mistake if the call gets connected no doctor will be available always on leave or busy in meetings. This is so disgusting and I am also de registering my family from this GP!
A busy practice trying their best to provide excellent service under challenging state of the NHS. Yes, access via phone is bit difficult during rush hours but eventually you get through to a very helping receptionist ( Shabana). Do not forget, hospitals with huge funds are even worse than GP practices in answering calls. Dr Rahman is a God send.
Honestly the worst GP I have ever been too. You can’t get through and need to call 100 times to get through, and when you get an appointment the staff are very unprofessional all talking in their own language in front of you. Appalling service!!!
The worst!! After covid they barely book any appointments. The receptionist don't answer the phone and when you finally get through she will just say no more appointments available for the day and just like that every day. They don't let you to go there in person acting like covid is still here. Years back I have no problems, now there is nothing positive in here.
Worst GP ever! Could not through any call to get appointment! Always contacted 111 as their call is showing busy! Need to find different GP soon!
The worst gp you could ever join, they don’t have a online booking system or a call waiting system so you would have to call 200-400 times to get through to them, constantly on engage and when you do get through to them they would say no more appointments left. Rude receptionist and avoid dr koko he doesn’t have a clue what his doing.
My experience with this GP surgery is outstanding. The receptionist, Corrine, has been my rock after a devastating loss, she wasn’t just a receptionist she was a friend who helped me through the toughest of days and I can never repay her for that. You will be so missed Corrine, good luck in your new venture xx
