When you get customer service that is above and beyond then I feel like it should be made known to all. That is what I received from Mike at Valen's: excellent customer service starting from when I called to see if I could come in for a quote to picking up after completion. Mike is friendly, professional and gave me a very reasonable quote to have my car cleaned up. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to make sure it was done right the first time. Competency and Kindness at Valen's! I brought the work truck to remove the Reverse Alert and remove company logos along the side. I met the owner, Mike, who kindly set me straight by disabling the alert and tips on easily removing the company logos. After 5 minutes and a handshake, I was on my way. Kindness is a joy to repay; and I will let everyone know Valen's is your first stop for a body shop. Cheers!
I came to valens collision center thinking they could fix my teslas right quarter panel damage. He did, but what I didn’t know was the job would be done with bad quality! Less then a month later, small holes started showing up in the paint and a big crease started to form right were the damage was supposedly “fixed”. Went back to him to ask why this happening, he shrugged his shoulders and said he could “Re-fix” his mistake for $600. Smh straight scammed out of my previous $700. Definitely beware of this one man working type shop. Zero employees just the owner works on the cars.
Great customer service great prices and he's really fast . Didn't just get a oil change I've actually gotten alot more changed from him he's my go to mechanic he's very knowledgeable and also very helpful
Labor cost of $591.60, no replacement parts, additional cost of 151.17 under paint. Because he did touch up paint. This was service for a dent. He said only about 2 hours of work. He tried to talk up his work like he is doing me a favor and he did so much to pop out a dent. I paid for services for an accident and just wanted to do the right thing for the women I put a dent in her car. So I wasn't thinking clearly until after. I know that's my fault. But when I asked the owner what exactly am I paying for, he just rambled on and tried to make it seem like he did so much. My work order shows I paid him 285.80 an hour for labor to pop out a dent.. And he calls that fair.
I used them to repair my dodge van they gave me great costumer service at a great price. They did excellent work, I won’t go anywhere else!

I’ve gotten my car repaired here several times and am always pleased with the outcome. Prices are very reasonable and everyone is friendly and reliable. Highly recommend if you need any repairs done to visit them.
