My first time here and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. Ally has great customer service, she didn’t really have to ask many questions about my bowl because I opted for a signature one. Needless, to say it was delicious! ???? Thank you, I think I found a new lunch option right next to work.
I placed an online order and came in. Nothing was there, the cashier said "oh it didn't print". That's okay. They started working on my food, the guy didn't know what went into the food so he asked the manager who showed him. That's okay too. Then my food was made and given to me and then I got my drink, but all the drinks were empty and the green tea barely had any left and was 4 days old judging by the date on the side. That's okay as well.
At this point I was ready to leave, I got home, opened up my food and noticed something was wrong. There was no avocado in my bowl. I paid nearly $30 for my food and was missing arguably the most important part. That wasn't okay. That definitely was not okay.
It's sad because I like this place, maybe they were having a bad day? But to pay $30 for something and the food to just be bad. It's not worth it. Something needs to change here.
I ordered a regular size build your own Açaí bowl with strawberries, banana, and peanut butter through door dash. It came with literally just two slices of strawberry (not even a whole strawberry if you put it together), 6 slices of banana, and just a glob of peanut butter tossed in. Açaí and granola were good but for the price I paid I would have liked at least a whole strawberry on it and maybe half a banana.
The employees are really friendly and helpful with decision making. Brittany is such a good example of excellent customer service. I will be back for another bowl!
First off everyone’s experience, especially at restaurants goes beyond the food. And the atmosphere was amazing. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating, especially Brittany the manager! I had a concern and she rectified it right away and kept smile and kindness in her tone the whole time. It is very refreshing to enter a place of business that no matter what you receive more than good customer service and more than human decency, but genuine kindness good vibes! Thank you Yall! I’ve found my new favorite treat spot <3
Really good food! Their menu changed since the last time I was here! 10/10 on the new menu. I recommend getting the build you own. So you can create a bowl that you love. But they have an amazing preselected bowl options as well! Ask for their recommendation! The staff were great as well! We had Jen her recommendation were great!
Ate dinner here on March 25th. Food was good but the green tea tasted like a cheap beer. So I went back to look at the green tea container and saw mold floating at the top of the liquid. I asked the person at the register when the last time the green tea had been changed a he said “I don’t know maybe a couple days.” I then told him it tasted like beer and he said “oh ya it’s probably gone rancid.” Talked to the manager Jennifer but she continued to deny that there was mold present in the liquid despite a sticker dating the liquid on March 13.
Amazing atmosphere and great service! Iris was a tremendous help with picking out items for my order and the food was delicious!
