These days I feel like customer service is terrible. People don't do their best work...I was worried about my 2022 chevy mini duramax...I am very impressed. I am impressed with how quickly it was done. My husband did all the talking but said the gal that runs the office was great. We have lived in the area for 11 months and we have met the best people. Friendly, kind and great customer service everywhere we go.

Hands down THE best customer service of any business I have ever dealt with...anywhere...any time...in any industry! They answer your calls, call you the second they know anything, greet you warmly by name, make you feel better about backing into a vehicle in your own driveway :), get your vehicle back to you as soon as they possibly can, and leave as little work to you as possible. They handled everything they could with my insurance company, including exploring all the possible options for my situation (I ended up choosing to get a used lift gate rather than totaling my vehicle, and they made sure I was 100% happy with the used part before they put it on and then the work they did to it after). Their body work is flawless as well, but mostly I wonder how amazing life would be if every business treated customers the way Val's does!
