I have no hesitation in recommending Vw Technics, they offer an excellent friendly & professional service. Chris recently performed a full service on my sons first car ( A VW Polo that had seen better days ), during the service Chris identified a number of items that required attention and would improve the overall condition of the car. In addition Chris identified and rectified an exhaust leak caused by poor workmanship from a front exhaust down pipe replacement a few weeks previous by a well known UK chain. As a result of documentation and photos provided by Chris my son was able to seek & obtain substantial compensation.

Excellent service from Chris today sorting out a problem with my Seat Leon. Above and beyond my expectations! I very much appreciated his friendly and efficient help. . Would highly recommend.

Garage is reputable and honest.. Meaning you're requires you to book in advance but I would choose these guys hands down every time! Really lucky to have them locally.

I had been recommended by work colleagues to use VW Technics after using Vindis VW Waterbeach for many years. Chris quoted me HALF the price of Vindis and was able to do the work quicker. He took the time and explained to me (a car novice) all about the work and what it entailed. I really appreciated this. Excellent service and now the only garage I'll use.

Uterly disscresful customer service. Booked in with Chris for a car drop off between 9.30-10am. I have arrived at 10.30am due to the fact that the car was almost impossible to drive and it made the journey much longer. However, on arrival and cold welcome Chris did not shake my hand which I find disgusting. He then said that I was due to be in at 8.30am and he will not see me at all. He did not ask or listen why I couldn't make it on time. I have told him we said over the phone between 9.30-10 and he said 'so what - you are still late'. With this rudeness, lack of basic politness and people skills I strongly recommend to see someone else. I went to a main dealer instead.
