Had a 5pm appointment, didn't get sat until 6pm. They were busy, but that's what the appointment was for. The lady rushed my nails. They were different lengths, way too thick, and lumpy with bubbles. And the shape was pretty awful. She got polish and glue around my nails, very sloppy. Then used clippers to snip my skin off instead of just removing the polish with acetone. She couldn't do a pretty simple leafy design on one finger so I also didn't even get what I wanted. 10/10 would not recommend.
I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I tipped over 30% for my service out of gratitude because on first look, the nails looked lovely. My service was for gel extension fill ins, gel paint.
On closer inspection in my car, 4 of my fingers were bleeding and/or covered in dry blood. I knew the service had been semi painful around my cuticles - but they had to have noticed I was bleeding, said nothing and continued. I dismissed this, continuing my drive home - figuring I'd wash my hands after an appropriate waiting period for the nails to cure.
By the time I arrived home to show my family my color choice - 2 bubbles had formed, and I noticed 2 fingers had very jagged edges in paint and/or filing - giving a zig zagged end appearance to the end of my nail. Most nails were not painted to the edge either I saw during the closer check.
It was at this time I called and asked how much they charged for repairs and/or a fix to a nail. It was during this inquiry that I felt I was yelled at for the inquiry and issue at hand, rather than provided an answer. I felt as if I had to argue what I was asking. Again, I was asking how much it would cost, not assuming it would be covered - and was aware they were closed for the holiday and stated I'd come in following. At the time of the call it was 6:30pm on a Saturday, they close at 7pm. I had been in for service at 4:30pm that same day. Only hours had passed - but I would not make it back to their establishment by closing - this being why I expressed I'd come following the holiday, how much do they charge to fix a nail.
After defending in detail my concern and that I was unable to turn back around at that time. It was agreed I'd come in Wednesday, following the holiday. Great.
I embraced the flaws of the nails, giving them nicknames - calling the bubbles celebratory like champagne bubbles for new years, silly things. I did not use hot water nor product on the nails as to allow them plenty of time to settle - I get my nails done regularly in this fashion for the last 1.5 years so am semi familiar on care immediately following service. However, still this morning I woke up to numerous and appalling flaws.
One of my fingers that had been bleeding is swollen, bright red nearing purple and painful.
Two nails look like 3D topography maps. The paint and product on the nail rippling and piling around on the nail.
My options now are to see if any salon will repaint them, on a Sunday, on New Years Eve. Or the more likely scenario so that I can show this establishment what occurred - will now stick me with these horrid and painful nails until Wednesday.
So much for my happy new year nails.
For these reasons I would sincerely not suggest this location.

It is very rare that I get exactly what I want when I go to a nail salon but Miss Kim made it happen! She was very kind and made sure I was happy with my nails. She was very careful and did an excellent job! I will definitely be going back.
I decided on saturday to get a pedicure and a manicure cause who doesn’t need self care. my friend and I both got the same person to do our pedicures and he had the water extremely hot for me to the point my feet were very red. when he was actually trying to trim my cuticle he jammed the sharp edge and cut a part of my skin off which cause an ingrown toe nail in general the pedicure looks not that good but i wasn’t mad about that at the time but the fact my toe is now infected and ingrown makes me upset. the same man did my manicure. He rushed while doing it. there was big globs of the top coat left on the sides of my nails and underneath them. he made my hands extremely dry and didn’t wait for them to dry before putting more stuff over it. truly disappointed. overall the nails looked very poorly done
I just went in for the first time today to get a fill and color change and I'm going back from now on! The woman who did my nails was so detail oriented and did a PERFECT job! The color I originally picked was totally not what it was supposed to be so she helped me pick a new one. Also I loved that she filed the underside of my nails because with acrylics on the growth gets messy and under your nails just gets a bit dirty in general so since she cleaned them up they look so nice! The space is also so clean and comfortable! And everyone there was very social and friendly! Prices are fair and with how great the service was and how perfect the outcome is it's for sure worth tipping! Thanks you again V Nails for such a wonderful pampering experience!!! ????
I got a pedicure and my nails done today. The lady Diane was nice to talk to and did a good job with my nails. I felt pampered by the service, will most likely stop by again!
I went in for a dip manicure today. I had an appointment with Kim per a recommendation of a friend. I do not think Kim was the one who did my nails although I told them I had an appointment with her. When the tech was done, I asked her to fix a nail that was lumpy. She took it upon herself to fix two more. My pinky should have been fixed too. The worst part is how bad she cut me. Nothing like showing off your new manicure with blood around it. Don’t think I’ll be back.
Lady rushed to do my pedicure. Only been there once before & should had not went back because I wasn't satisfied then.
