My first time there but definitely not my last. I loved my Mani and pedi. The nail salon itself is very clean and the hygiene is on point.
I don’t normally do this but I’m feeling pretty salty right now. V nails was recommended to me by a friend so I went out of my way to go there & was pretty excited. I work a 9-5 so I called two days in advance to make an appointment for 5:30 which I arrived 10 minutes early for. I had gel dip powder nails removed, and an acrylic set with regular polish put on. I have a hard time speaking up but i figured since i was going to be spending a lot of money i might as well ask for what i want. Every time (2 times total) i requested something the tech made me feel like i was asking for the shirt off her back. She slapped gobs of polish on my hands in a huff, charged me 65$ and left my hands looking like THIS. 3 coats of polish and 1 topcoat in, I swear, 2 minutes. She cut me with the nail file and just let it bleed, didn’t apologize or even acknowledge it happened. My polish is the lumpiest and most uneven it has ever been after a mani. They close at 6:30 and my nails were done by 6:15. I understand wanting to go home from work on time but if 5:30 is too late why schedule me an appointment at that time? I work hard for my money and left feeling overall pretty disrespected. My nails themselves are what I asked for minus the goopy polish but I’m giving 1 star because of how bad the service was.
Update: it’s been 5 days, I had to completely repaint them, the last photo shows my infected cut that was made by a nail file, and one of my acrylics ripped off completely. If I could give negative stars I would.
After 4 years with my favorite nail tech Frank (he quite working at Star Nails in Middletown, RI). I didn't want to test anyone else at that salon so I decided after reading reviews to test of V-Nails. I was a walk in during a busy time so they asked if I could come back in two hours. I had plenty of time so I agreed to return. I was pleasantly surprised by the decor and polish color options. Everyone in the salon (employees and guests) were very nice and I enjoyed chatting and hearing all the stories going on. This is so different from my old salon where I understood nothing that was being said because of the language barrier. The service I chose was a gel fill with polish. It was a slightly different technique, but turned out very nice. The color was an peachy-orange and I loved how the color popped! It has been three weeks since my visit and my nails have held up very nicely. I will being going back for a fill this weekend. Excited to see my nails. Thanks V-Nails for putting me at ease and providing excellent service! I will be recommending your services to everyone I can.

Mom. Haven’t had the chance to return and I decided to get my nails done for my summer vaca and so glad I did! I was worried about the price bc I know prices went up everywhere but the price was very reasonable can’t wait for my next appt they do a beautiful job, I love it here.
Victoria was amazing and another nail artist that was working. I went for a Medicare and pedicure for my wedding. Had a good experience, both nail artists were very good. The salon is very clean and peaceful. Definitely recommend coming to this salon

I’ve been going here for 2 years , never disappointed! My nail designs always look amazing. Took my daughter there tonight to get her nails and toes done she was so relaxed she fell asleep !
Got an ombre French manicure and it looks AMAZING!!! Victoria was great. Salon was clean and they were on time to take me. I will definitely be going back
