I went to get a pedicure yesterday and Michelle was the one who did it. She did a wonderful job on my feet. They feel so good and I'm so pleased with her work. Highly recommend for any man to go get feet done by Michelle. Just ask the list for their prices.
My nails were way too thin. I told the lady more than once that I don’t like for my nails to curve she said it would be fixed once she shaped my nails. I asked for coffin shape with French tip one hand in black and the other in white. And I did nails before and realize shellac isn’t the easiest to paint but these are so poorly done that even a stranger and elder man agreed that they did not look to be worth $70. Im truly disappointed I drove across town to this salon cuz it was recommended and I hate to leave with no time to fix it and just crying. I work so hard that I give myself always the luxury of getting my nails done always. And I’m just upset.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. Not really sure how this shop’s Google ratings are so much higher than their rating on other review platforms, but based on my personal experience of NOT even getting to the service part because of TRICKERY in time availability JUST to get me in the store (wasting MY time and gas), making me stand there and wait while masking their communication when I kindly called them out reminding them I literally just called, asked if they were available now for my requested service, and was clearly told “yes, see you in 5 mins” enthusiastically, I was dumbfounded when I walk in and all seemed clueless and asked me to come back later… They will not EVER have to worry about that or a referral. I DO NOT patronage businesses who DO NOT value and serve people and only out for a dollar. AVOID THIS PLACE
I should’ve stuck with my true blue—Magic Nails (Called them immediately after and walked in) in the first place. Here’s me trying out another place in the community ending up sorely disappointed. ????
I made appointment for a dip. Charged me 10.00 extra to remove dip that I had on....never been charged extra for that. Now nails chipping 3 days after applied. Won't return.
The wall beside the register said there is a 50¢ charge for using a card. The total should have been $10.50. We knew instantly that SHE GAVE HERSELF A TIP because our bank texted us a $12.50 charge while we were driving out of the parking lot! ????????♀️
She was sweet but she was an amateur. I felt like I was teaching her the whole time about straight lines and evenness even though I brought in a picture of how I wanted mine to look. Now my eyebrows are crooked for the next couple weeks but the upside is I taught her straight lines at least? ????????
The lady said she could do what I wanted, had the colors I wanted but truth be told could not, charged me 150.00 for myself a daughter, not only did my daughters nail break they were uneven the shellac was bumpy and not what I asked for but the design was ugly, I almost cried in she salon, maybe the woman would of got the point it wasn't what I wanted, but she. Rendered her services regardless so I paid, but will not return and am being totally honest. They were easy and gentle with our hands for a high note, but the nails themselves were far from what I asked for and the lady knew it, and could tell I was upset. Looks like I will be going else where for at least a polish change until I take these off. Such a sad day for me, disappointment hurts.
I was extremely disappointed. This was my first and last visit. If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in and was instantly unimpressed by the store, but I tried to not let the appearance bother me too much. After a short wait I was seated for a pedicure. The person doing my pedicure gave me a price list and stood there. I asked what the difference between the Deluxe 1 and Deluxe 2 pedicure was. She just stared at me and smiled. She had no idea what I was saying you could tell from the blank look on her face. She spoke to a co-worker (in what I conclude is her native tongue). Then they both just looked at me and smiled. HOW am I suppose to know what I want it you can not communicate with me?!?!? Irritated I just picked a regular pedicure. She spend little to no time cleaning up the bottom of my feet (which is honestly why I get pedicures regularly), the massage on my legs was pointless, and the paint job was mediocre at best. Never again. I have nothing nice to say about my experience here.
