Kevin and his team are amazing! My SUV needed quite a bit of work. They fixed everything for me efficiently and in a timely manner. I love that they are honest, helpful and they provide warranties on their parts and labor. Thank you Kevin and staff for a great experience!
Took our car there for struts and belts, the work they did on the was ok. Somehow they managed to damage the CV Axel and seal. We had a puddle of transmission fluid in the driveway. We took it back a second time where they replaced the seal, but still had leaking of transmission fluid. I had to take it to another place, and found out they used the wrong seal and damaged that one while replacing it. So we are out another $600 and wasted time and effort. I would suggest taking it to a more reputable maintenance company.
Man...this shop is 5 Stars all the way. They were so responsive and price was absolutely best to get my girl back on the road in less than a couple hours...Didn't take advantage of me...honest, Trustworthy and absolutely professional... I wish they were in Houston...dang it.Take your vehicles here...they will take care of you!!!
Amazing shop, very friendly and pure professionalism, they helped me out with my 2018 Chrysler 300 and contacting my warranty to fix the issues thank you guys .
AWESOME!!! few months ago the guy at the front desk quoted a price to replace headlights on a 2015 Tahoe. Finally got the lights from ebay and went to them yesterday 04/12/24 for the repair. Guy at the front desk gives me a time frame it would be completed and sure enuff I get the call and my truck can see again. 2 brand new headlights AND to top it off it cost less than I thought. Thank You V&M Automotive you are better than I expected. True to your word. No holdup. No hassle.
They were fast and efficient and even had someone that specialized in Mercedes. Brought the parts to them that I had purchased and they replaced everything within two hours. Defiantly will be using them again. Changed a 1400 bill from firestone down to 600!
Wonderful service! The staff is super nice! Kevin was great at telling us what the problems were and super understanding of our needs and budget. Price was great. They got the car diagnosed, fixed, inspected, and delivered all in one afternoon! Definitely recommend!
So far everything has been great. Friendly staff, decent prices, great work.
Update:
Came back about a concern with some work and I was able to get everything handled to beyond my satisfaction. I'm definitely glad this place is so close, it's nice to know your neighborhood mechanics are good at their job and with their customers.
