My wallet fell out of my pocket in the back seat ! I didn't realize until the next day ! I called and they assured me they had it and had someone promptly would get it back to me ! They absolutely did and their honesty should be commended ! What a relief it was !
The Owner Rachel is a super nice woman and was nice to me when I went for a interview but it wasn't for me but now I just use them for medical rides to and from my appointments. But the drivers are super nice although some of them listen to church music and won't let you listen to what you want it's all good thats what air pods are for

I schedule them weekly to get to work every morning. Drivers are always on time and reliable. All the drivers I’ve had, although it being early and toward the end of their shift have always been very sweet and friendly. Highly recommend them for any point a to point b service you need!
The company it's self is a good company I felt slightly attacked by driver because he was upset I was going to pay 3.00 in quarters to avoid overdrafting my account he said they pay in an envelope and the change breaks the envelope and offered to stop somewhere to turn it in but I had to get to work so I just overdrafted the 3.00 I apologized for the inconvenience and he sort of just scoffed and it was a silent ride to my work. Over all they are usually very nice but today made me feel less of a person and an inconvenience... if u have change even a few dollars I wouldn't recommend or just accept the bank fee and ocerdraft to not feel uncomfortable if you have anxiety or anything like that still a decent cab company and overall do well and are usually very nice
I had a ride Home to Michigan. Had a great experience and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone that's looking for a nice ride to get to where they're going! Totally worth the money I spent. I think the driver I rode with was very professional and she got the job done. I would give her a raise!
So I just had the privilege of riding up town to get my plow truck from the mechanics shop. My first reaction was wow this car smells good and is clean. Not to mention I was stressed for time and they reassured me I would be there before said mechanic closed the doors! Will definitely recommend and I will also be using them anytime I may need another cab service. Five star cab service!
Great service. Used them round trip from university of Findlay to Toledo airport. Very polite drivers pick up driver was early at Findlay and the pickup at Toledo very flexible and understanding. Daughter’s return time was changed a few times. Great job. Will definitely use again. Prices very reasonable.
