Fast, easy, spacious and very nice people. When you arrive you will come to a gate that can only be opened from the office or by one of the forklift drivers opening it from the other side as it has a sensor that opens it with either weight or distance to the gate. I recommend you go to the office even if the gate is opened for you because you may get stuck behind the gate prior to checking in and then have to wait for someone to open it for you so you can get checked in. There is no way to get into the office from behind the gate be aware. Check in is easy just hand them your paperwork, they will print out a tag, ask that you hand it to the dockworker and give you your dock door. Sometimes it may be specific and sometimes they may just have you choose any dock within a certain number range. They did not ask me to slide my tandems but I did anyway because all the other trailers had them to the back. Cut your seal open your doors and back into the dock, once you are backed up hand your paperwork to a dock worker by just going to an open dock door and they will see you and grab your paperwork. Unloading was done in under an hour. Once done pay attention because the forklift driver will give you a thumbs up, go to him for your signed paperwork and you are ready to roll out. There was no check out just get up close to the gate and it will open for you to leave.

Great place to deliver ???????? they start receiving at 9am, first come first serve. In and out checked in at 9am out by 9:45am.
For truckers best place load
First-time inbound drivers: although this facility is not bad, you sorta have to figure things out on your own. Upon pulling up to the front gate, a sign gives instructions on what dock to back into based on the order of arrival. I'd say read it, but be on the lookout after pulling in because a dock worker may wave you down to back into a specific dock, contrary to what the sign says. I arrived around 8:45am on a Monday and wasn't fully unloaded until after 12 noon, so expect a wait. You get very minimal communication from dock workers regarding where to leave bills or to get a bolt cutter. I was lucky I saw one within arm's reach so I helped myself and left the bills on the floor of the warehouse before fully backing in. Be careful when pulling out of the dock since they give you no indication as to when they are done unloading. Personally, I walked up to the dock to get a verbal "OK" for safety. The bills and any straps will be left in the trailer. Also, save yourself 5 minutes and pull up as close to the exit/entrance gate as possible so it opens, it runs on a sensor but no one tells you that & there is no sign telling you that either. Other than that, it's ok ????

Never believe what other truckers put on here, I was in n, out.....beautiful office workers. N the guys in warehouse unloaded me asap....great job. Would come here again, just to see them pretty mammasita in the office....thanks again, great job...
