I work here. Boss is friendly. Safety department is friendly if you limit violations. Dispatch is almost all extremely friendly and no forced dispatch. Good equipment and they keep your truck moving. Slightly above average pay. I like it here.
I have had the pleasure of working with Angela, who has been an incredible resource for some of my tougher freight! Her superb communication and fleet of professional drivers handled some of my most complicated loads with absolute ease. I can't undo my stars after touching my screen by mistake. I believe this to be a great company and look forward to finally being comfortable, stress free and never hungry, never have to sacrifice a bill paid to eat. Lol
Edit : spoke too soon. They will say ok reply as if you are understood. The truth is their English is bad and even worst than that is poor communication skills even within the company and if I'm wrong on that it means they simply don't care. Expect to receive lots of calls from brokers not being able to get a clear picture from them if any response at all. Every load and unload refrigerated freight is a 6+ hour wait. If you give your eta they say something different to the brokers. Nobody washes the trailers. Spoiled debris within many of them. Sucks to buy food that was delivered by them. Maybe of the places you pick up from aren't much better either. Your pay will suffer! Don't let the new trucks fool you! Glad I'm gone!
Average 1 1/2 stars don't call and ask me to remove it. Honesty is the best policy.
