Got my brakes changed here and it was the best experience I had with an auto shop. Called me before making any changes and made sure I was okay with it before the continued the work. The customer service was great ,Also have a really cute dog !

We needed a break inspection and have our brakes replaced and this place was the best ! Great customer service gave me a flat out price and time and it was finished right on the time he gave me . This is our new truck guy for sure. Will be back for everything else .
This shop took me in for a last minute oil change when they had multiple cars on the lift.
The owner was very polite and pleasant, even offered me a drink because of the hot weather.

Despite the language barrier I believe they really take care of their customers. No a.c. in the bays and he sweats all day without complaint. I took my grand vitara to them, they fixed it at a fair price and when the truck overheated on the way to enumclaw, I called him and without skipping a beat he told me to bring it back.
The owner takes care of my vehicle. He always knows what's wrong with it and can give me a pricing right away. His English is not so clean so you will need patience sometimes. However, he can work without you communicating at all. Very focused and fast.
Went well out of their way to try to accommodate others when they didn't need to. Got service done extremely quickly. Very honest and hardworking business owners. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.
This Guy is a complete Rip off , Do Not go here . My Wife sent him the Vehicle Identification number . Then he gave a verbal Quote of $1,000 To Pull the engine and put a used engine in it , He was told I had it mostly out , Radiator Exhaust , Most of the bell housing bolts , So I dropped the car and in talking too him I started to feel I had made a mistake listening to My wife to take it here . I said to him , " this car has had a problem with the Timing Chain tensioner . And while it's out , Can you change the timing chain or check it , He said Why How do I know It is bad ,I said you can check it , I got a blank look and a repeat of his argument , How do I know it's bad , Well I used to be a mechanic . and You take the timing chain cover off and look at it , if there is slop . Then its bad , So then I said also while its out how about the rear main , Its a 2006 suzuki and I believe . It is easy just take off the Flexx plate and use a Seal removal tool and put one in , Again ,.;' He argue . And said why would you buy used engine with leaky main , He looked at it and said it is not leaking , He has limited English skills but all along had the capability to look and point and talk about each part we discussed , So , I had a bad feeling , But My wife thought he was Ok , So I left the car , In a couple days , I had my Bi lingual Korean Friend . Talk to him , Ask if he had found any thing with the timing chain or what he was going to do , . Well the Idiot just Blew up on Keun , And Keun told me he was nuts and just started yelling at him about how does he know what is wrong with the car he cant start it , Well I told him the engine is No good days ago , and he was there to receive another engine to put in ,being the one , When we had the debate about the rear main and the timing chain and or tension-er . So I told my wife . She went to talk to him , and said he wanted 1,400$ to change the engine . So I said Ok , But as you may recall this story , My wife in the begining Gave him the Vehicle Identification Number , From which he gave a quote , The quote is customarily done by him looking at the Flat rate mechanic book , So He went on to ask for more , Well ok I want to get it done ... So I said and ,,, What about the timing chain and he just said angrily You want a new one . and I get the feeling he knew he was not qualified . This is a three chain special timeing chain system for a v6 . That has an Overhead can on each Cylinder head . I knew this also because i called and found what the Flat rate expected hours are to Change engines and what is included in that in the flat rate book , It is 17 hours . Any way he said he also wanted 600$ So Put the timing chines on , So now we are at 2,000 . Now this is Kinda Ok because full flat rate is about 2,000 But it would be all inclusive for a few others like the water pump , I just could not get the feel this guy was really qualified to do this job , So Thats not the complete story , He then called my wife and said $ 3,600 for the engine swap and because it Needed the extras , Well Recall My flat rate ,Check ? It is 17 hours flat rate to assemble a long block , Which means water pump . Timing chain and something else , It is so easy when the engine is out , So Then he said he had the engine out . I went over got directly in his face and told him to take my car out of his shop , And he refused , I told the customer standing there don't use this guy , and Then My wife went over , and he said , If the price to fix is too expensive , He offers $500 for the car , She said You better not say that to my husband or you will windup Getting punched ,I found out he has a bad name right in the area , With The guy that runs High End Beauty Salon , He pulled a similar stunt , DO NOT GO HERE. He gave nothing in writing and took the engine out of the car , Then raised his price to $3,600 .
