We came in after my Jeep’s tires started to shred while I was at work. The whole process was fast and affordable. Didn’t even have to miss work! Best tire change experience I’ve ever had, thank you again to the owner for being so helpful & professional. Highly recommend this business.
Got my tire patched. Didn't really cost that much. I don't like the fact that they only take cash though. Can't use debit/credit.
Great service! Nice workers and quick service! recommending to everyone needing tire service
Disappointed while owner was nice... Price was $42 higher than previous quote at check out, Installers did not seem to care about customers property. Did not pay attention to detail, scratched rim hubcap centers, lost stainless steel valve stem caps, had to request that they jack my 1 ton truck on the axles not the differential chunks. It is not good for the truck. Spent $700 for not so great service.. Just seemed to not care. NO free rotations after HUGE purchase. Should have gone to a higher end dealer.
Very nice and quick, better prices, better tires, can order and have them in a few hours or less in most cases. Better tires than the box stores and I didn't need to wait 3 days to get them shipped to the store to get them installer.
This place popped up as the nearest spot to have a flat repaired. Called first, they said they were not busy and could do it now. That was true - was in and out in 5 minutes. They were courteous and efficient. The repair cost me $16.
The shop is in a long building to the left of Jimmy's Automotive shop. It is covered with tire brand signs but has no sign identifying the business itself. That was a little odd, but I just checked the map to make sure I was where I intended to be. This is no longer called Reece's. Fellow inside said they'd been called URTD for about a year. The place called Reece's is back towards town by Newbridge tire shop. I give them 4 stars only due to the apparent sketchiness of the business, not for he people or service
My wife and I were new to the area and I stopped in to set up for my wife to come by and get four new tires. I had a lengthy conversation with the attendant inside and agreed on which tire that we would purchase and made an appointment for my wife the next day. She showed up on time only to be told that they had no idea about her appointment. She negotiated and picked out some tires and they began to install them. Their equipment must not have been calibrated because the man forgot to reverse his impact gun and tightened her lugs instead of removing them. When he realized what he was doing, he reversed it. Well, he striped the splines off of the lug and it began to spin freely making it impossible to remove the tire without having to drill the lug out. They told my wife that she could take it next door to Jimmy's Auto and have them drill it out and that she would be responsible for the cost. She walked next door and was told that it would be a minimum of 100.00 to have it done. Unbelievable. She called me and I told her to have them put the old tires on and come home. The next day I called New Bridge Tires and explained the situation and Travis told me to bring it in and he would do it for 16.00. My grandfather was in the gas station business and stood by his word and work much like New Bridge who is owned by the Reese family. Reese Tire leased the building from Mr. Reese years ago and just kept the name because of the great reputation that the Reese family had developed throughout the years. Well that man moved into a new store and took the name with him without actually paying for the business. I know it is a bit complicated but I would never go back to "Reese Tires". Ever since this incident I have been a loyal customer of New Bridge and have to say that Mr. Reese, the grandfather of the young men that run New Bridge Tire, should be extremely proud of the way his grandsons handle their business.
I haven't use Reeces in about 15 years. I love the grittiness of the place. The tires were a brand I haven't heard of but I got quick service Repeat business will be dictated by how well the tires wear.
