I'm so glad I found this place - the salmon nigiri is incredibly fresh and flavorful, the Hawaiian roll was refreshingly delicious, and everyone was so friendly I felt like a regular on my very first visit. Can't wait to come back!
Initial review from sitting here. My family and I were looking for somewhere to eat on Saturday night after work and almost all the places we wanted to go to either closed early or the wait was about 1-2 hours. So we decided to stop by here and we were seated right away which was nice. The food came out really fast! Everything was delicious. I ordered the Udon Tempura and it was great! The tiger roll was also amazing. The service was a little slow at first. The two waitresses were busy talking to each other for most of the night. But overall good place.
My husband and I go out here at least twice a month for date night and we love it! The atmosphere is very relaxed and the staff are amazing. We always get 5-6 rolls and the sake. When we Grubhub on a rainy day from here they never disappoint. This place is the best in the springs!
I’m from California (San Diego area, so the coast where the fish is always very fresh) visiting for a course and the sushi here was excellent quality and seemed fresh. I got the Philly roll and the Hot Night roll (it’s quite spicy, just a caution).
I loved the atmosphere and hospitality of the individuals who work here. I would absolutely recommend. Was a little worried at first because it seemed like a hole in the wall. So glad I committed.
Kind folks and the best sushi we’ve had in the Springs! I don’t say that lightly! My husband and I love sushi and we’ve had a lot of good sushi in many places all over. It’s always so fun to find a great new spot. What I really like about Uri is the variety of options. There’s a menu of spicy sushi, and these were my favorite dishes. We especially loved the Hot Night roll!
We also ordered the sushi taco (hopefully I got the name right!), which was creative and delicious. Highly recommend!

My husband came here on a date and had such a good time! The food was delicious and super fresh. I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the friendly staff.
