I've been using Urgent Care of Freehold (Dr. Boris Veysman) for the past 6 months now, ever since Freehold Medical walk-in has closed (Dr.G). Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. I've never felt rushed out or left there with questions.
Easy check-in & walk-in minimal wait—very professional staff and service
Dr. Boris Veysman is very knowledgeable and has a friendly personality. Now my whole family uses the office and has been nothing but happy with their services.
Thank you guys for always being there to help. Stay safe!????
The urgent care was super clean, and well managed. I’m not sure what these reviews are talking about, I was in and out of the office in under 90 minutes with bloodwork and physical. The front desk is comforting and understanding, I never encountered anyone “arrogant” or anyone who didn’t want to truly help. Nidia is a sweetheart and makes bloodwork feel like a breeze. My urgent care trip was super quick, super easy and everything was done right!
Worst urgent care service. I was there once before and the sevice is as worse as it was before even with the big sign saying under New Management ??? Same woman in the front same arrogance. If it wasn’t because my primary doctor is out this week and not feeling as good I would have waited.
Nothing pleasing about the staff or the doctors.
Drive down to The Doctors Care and just walking in the staff in the front made you feel so welcome WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE !!!
The medical professional who saw me was clearly new to the field. She walks in without introducing herself and then screams when I show her the bite mark and the tick in the plastic baggy. She then snaps back to reality and just says Doxicylin with no context. She collects my pharmacy information and walks out without asking about when I got bit or any symptoms I was experiencing. I disregarded the whole thing until I was walking out and she stopped me exiting the building to change my prescription. She then starts arguing in front of me with the front desk lady about what the proper treatment is. I stop the conversation and ask them who the doctor is. The front desk lady isn’t a medical professional and the lady who was prescribing me medicine is a nurse practitioner. Not that there’s anything wrong with a nurse practitioner, but if she introduced herself from the start this wouldn’t of been a surprise. Regardless of being a doctor or NP, she changed her treatment plan again after being convinced by the office manager. I go home to find out that she just googled what to do for tick bite and recommended the first google link. Don’t come here if you need an actual medical opinion or treatment.
I went into this Urgent Care around 12:30 on a week day because I had a 101.6 fever the prior day. After a 1.5 hour wait when only 2 people were in front of me, I was taken back to a room. After another 15-20 minute wait (my husband told me during that time, the doctor left and came back with his lunch), I asked a nurse when I would be seen because it had been almost 2 hours. I closed the door and heard her ask another nurse who said I “needed to chill.” Their PA came in and listened to my breathing and looked down my throat. Did not take my temperature and brushed off my fever because “it went away.” He said he would prescribe me antibiotics. I asked him to do flu, strep and COVID tests and he said it wasn’t needed because “if it’s one of those, it will go away in 5-10 days.” He told me not to go to work until Monday and I left. Bought 2 at home COVID tests when I went to the pharmacy and both came back positive. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING.
My name is Gloria K . I have been a RN for 22 years . I have recently brought my friend here . The office staff and Doctor are absolutely amazing . I since have sent my husband and other family members. They are kind professional and compassionate. We have seen Dr. V and also nurse practitioner. They are excellent and consistent. I feel extremely fortunate to have them in our community. Much thanks and appreciation for all of you .
I've been to the urgent care a few times and every time is so pleasant....from the wonderful desk staff, caring nurses, and exceptional doctors. The doctors actually LISTEN to you and don't rush you out the door. I will continue to go to this urgent care anytime it's necessary. Highly recommend!
Never coming back here. I’m sure the doctors are good but i can’t imagine who employed this super nasty front desk receptionist as the first person patients come in contact with. When we signed in she called us up to the front desk to yell at us just because we called her beforehand to ask how many people were in front of us for a walk in appointment and then when we couldn’t quite find the office in the plaza. She was sassy, standoffish and rude and “warned” us not to rush her… like twice.. and we barely even said anything to her. We left immediately for another urgent care center because we didn’t want to interact with this woman anymore.
