We chose a birthday package. Total guests was around 30. They set up the tables, decorated, hand served everyone pizza and cake. Coordinated our laser tag game and our dodgeball game. It was a blast! I highly recommend throwing a party here. You don’t have to lift a finger and they will take photos of your party for you. It’s fantastic.
I took my four year old daughter here for our first time. The place was great! There was a lot to do if you just want to jump and let your kids play. A good value for sure! it was only $40 for two adults and a child.
The place was packed but it was a Saturday.
There were some older boys there preteen or teenagers..Being kind of rough in the dodgeball area and she got hit in the face. So I don't recommend that area for smaller ones. Unfortunately there were not many rules being followed and nobody watching the area except customers. perhaps maybe a "lifeguard" on duty would help.

I was attending a child's birth party at this Urban Air. It was great! I brought two children and was able to sign the wavers online days beforehand. There was a team member who tended to the party. The kids had a great time, especially during dodge ball and laser tag! Thanks for providing a clean and safe environment!
Completely filthy I will NEVER bring my children back! They never clean yet have teenagers always standing around joking with other workers! This is a picture from today (3/8/24) of their family bathroom and a window sill! I wish I could give zero stars and leave a review!
Attended a birthday party for my granddaughter on 2-18-24. There were hundreds of people there on a Sunday. There was limited staff and everything was unorganized. The pizza looked good but had no flavor. The reason for my review is that I caught the flu from there, and I guarantee it was from the dirty bathroom. The bathroom by the concession stand was filthy with grime on the walls and had sticky floors. Clean the place up with some disinfectant. Even then, I won't go back.
We've been to a few of these trampoline parks and Oxford is hands down the best! Tess, who runs the front desk, is so wonderful with the little ones when we check in that my little 18 month-old looks forward to seeing her smiling face! We have recommended family and friends to switch over to the Oxford location. Worth the drive and the facility is much roomier than others!
I have been here many times and my experience has been awful the last few times. I am here today for my daughter and 5 friends. We ordered a pizza and it took over 1.5 hours to come out and it’s not crazy busy here today. The bathrooms are Nasty as can be, with wet floors and toilets that don't flush properly. And the REAL KICKER is the quality of people that come there now is unreal….. I spent 45 minutes of my time there in the office with the staff and another lady and her daughter because of a “fight” this girl had with my daughter. The adult was yelling at my daughter saying she was going to shoot and kill her. So much more was said to my daughter and a few others by this unruly women. Unacceptable, to say that in general but especially to kids.
My daughter had NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES in her life with her behavior. I was very taken back by today's experience. The staff did what they could with her screaming but I thought she should have been asked to leave for using disturbing words to my 12-year-old daughter. I will not be back here again.
My family and I purchased the Platinum monthly pass and it is so worth it! We used to come here every so often with our three kids and they have a blast! We are a blended family so we have the kids off and on with different schedules so getting the pass allowed us to come whenever we want and with whatever kid combination that we have! With the pass whether we come for 30 minutes or 3 hours it is a great time. It pays for itself with the first visit! I love that you can reserve your times and the way they manage it makes it so you don't have a million people there all at once! I have two younger children so that makes it nice not to have to worry about them getting ran over! All of the staff has always been super amazing and helpful. And they have the patience of saints! We will definitely be purchasing the monthly passes when these ones expire!
