By far the best dental practice,staff are all so lovely, they go above and beyond expectations. I would never go anywhere else. My dentist is so kind, patient and friendly, and even gave me a lift home once ,They really look after you here .
Hygienist session today and it was the best I had. Tia explained everything very clearly and done an amazing job. Lauren the assistant was very professional too. Receptionists we’re both very friendly and efficient with a good sense of humour. Upwell road dental centre come highly recommended.
We've been patients here for many years and have always been well looked after by the dentists and dental nurse teams. I was a bit nervous of dentists prior to attending this practice, having had a few bad experiences, but the dentist (Mr Costa at that time) was always so kind and I've never felt pushed into any treatment. Everything is explained well and it has worked out less expensive for us than previous surgeries that have insisted on a monthly plan system. Our children are also NHS patients here and have always had positive experiences, even having teeth removed for braces (thank you Mr Smallman).
On the whole we have always been able to get an appointment when we've needed it, as long as routine appointments are booked well in advance. I have just once been turned away by the receptionist for being less than 5 minutes late last year (due to dreadful traffic) which was frustrating, as a working mum reorganising everything, but they are a very busy practice and have a difficult job keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.
I had a wisdom tooth removed today which wasn't easy and I wanted to thank the whole team for looking after myself and our family so well. A special shout out to Bryony who always goes above and beyond to care for her patients.
Please don't waste your time or money.
Obstructive, almost rude staff. Haven't done their jobs correctly so i need to pay a lot more money for extra treatment. There website states one thing that the staff will tell you another. Avoid.
Had an appointment for myself and two children at 4:40. Because of the chaos of the traffic in town, I arrived at 4:49 NINE minutes late to be told the dentist had gone home! I could understand if I was half hour late or more. But NINE minutes? He wouldn’t have seen the three of us in 9 minutes so what the heck? Clearly he didn’t want to be there and as they had cancelled twice on me in the past with no explanation I can only conclude they chickened out of cancelling on me a third time and hoped I’d have forgotten my appointment. Complete waste of my time. Messed my work day up. They don’t mind cancelling on patients ever. 9 minutes and he had already left! Speechless. I dare them to fine me for a missed appointment….

Great treatment here by the hygienists, was stressful before but got reassured and lots of advice, would recommend
Really disappointed about today's visit to this place, dentist seems don't understand children especially with special needs.
1. Waiting time for an autistic child 40min increase anxiety for start
2. Lack of knowledge work with autistic child.
My wife and child couldn't stop crying after visit they basically told will try next time.
Didn't even bother to book next appointment as we can't see any help from them.
Total waste of time and nerve ????
I totally understand if place haven't got sufficient skills should deal with children especially with special needs
