I don't know what was happening today. Normally, I get help when needed. Today, I asked 3 people at different times to show me wigs. You would have thought I was speaking a foreign language. I'm still waiting for assistance. I got frausted and left. I will not spend another dime at that beauty supply store ever. The worker told they were busy with stocking...really! They spend more time looking at the camera than helping the customers. It's a wrap for me.
My new Beauty Supply store. I love this place. The prices are very good there's always staff on the floor to assist you and help you with whatever you need lots of smiles and some really cool music and an overall great experience thank you!
We were in a hurry because we were running late for my daughter's hair appointment. We needed to get regular braid hair which I knew where to find it and we also needed some bohemian hair. That I was not sure where to find. I had my daughter ask the lady to help her find it and she did right away. Initially she brought some cheap looking hair and it wasn't one of the brands that our stylist suggested. I asked if they had human hair but it was too expensive so we ended up getting the cheap looking hair. It was mixed with human and synthetic. Our stylist said that should work fine as long as it wasn't fully synthetic. I just thank the young lady who helped us for being patient and understanding with us.

I don’t trust them with cash anymore. I was charged for an item that was not mine, intentionally, so that she could do a store credit. SMH No thank you. So they seemed a little greedy or desperate today, but other than that the store is pretty clean, and they tend to be stocked with what I need when I need it, but the incident today was a real turn off. Be careful.
