Customer service sucks here. The old man that be there is so rude. Retire if you don't want to deal with people. I asked if there had any space before Friday. He gave me a nasty look and just walked away.
I highly recommend Uptown 66. Star, Keith and Brian run the family business and they are very professional and dependable. I have been in a pinch before to get things done and they always come thru. They are fair priced and honest. Starr also has very clean and nice tanning beds too for a plus.
They are quick, friendly and efficient! I traveled there for an inspection, from GA, and was in and out in no time. It’s in the cut, around the corner by Napa. Great place.
I am new to the area and asked men at the local barber shop who all recommend Bryan at Uptown 66 as the mechanic to use. I called to get a quote and Bryan returned my call with an acceptable quote and we agreed on a day to leave the Lexus RX350. Had 6 Coil Packs and spark plugs replaced with an oil change. Bryan had me ready the next day as agreed. Note: they only take cash, check, or debit card. The lady at the desk is old school and direct which I do not mind as I did not come there for conversation. Highly recommend.
I've done business with the Davis family for many years. They have my total and complete trust. I will not take my vehicle any where but here.
I took my car to them a month ago for repairs on the coolant system. When I got my car back, the car was still running hot. I went back to the lot and he said looks like there is a leak in the radiator but Brian’s recommendation was to replace the radiator cap which I did. Problem not solved. My car died had to get the starter fixed and requested all repairs be done and because they were backed up so the car is still running hot. I also got the car back with a dent in it and the rod that holds the hood up broken off. When I called to report that. Brian said that he didn’t want my car back at his shop. No problem! I will go to a mechanic that treats me like a person and not a burden.
