Last time I ordered had a hair in the chicken. This time I’m missing 2 portions of salt and pepper chicken and when I rang to tell them, I was told I am lying by a child on the phone and that they want a picture to prove the items have not arrived.
To top it off it was over an hour and half wait l, the food was cold and have received no way of sending the photo.
Awful service, awful food, South Pacific is miles better.
First time ordering from here and it will be the last...... The food was disgusting dried up rubbish. Singapore vermicelli was not fresh probably left from the night before and microwaved it went straight into the bin. The salt, pepper, chilli chips at £3.40 per portion and I bought 2 were just ordinary chips with a bit of green pepper thrown in. The deep fried beef was too chewy to even eat and the sauce with pineapple in it was rotten. All in all a total waste of money.
I could not rate the meal I just ate higher. They certainly did not skimp on the ingredients but managed to avoid replacing quality with quantity. Loads of chicken in the soup, really meaty ribs, lots of duck with really fruity sauce, great rice. Absolutely excellent.
Would have put no stars,I've had takeaways from here many times,but last night called in for 2 portions of chips n gravy at the colossal price of £6.70 and they were tastless frozen chips with a very dark tastless something sat on top. Ill not be buying from here ever again.
The food is always lovely. The service is excellent and the delivery is quick. It's the only takeaway we use now.
It was my birthday and both of us had been unwell so my Partner said I'll pop down and get you a Full House Special Chow Mein and a sweet and sour King Prawn and a Special Full House with boiled rice with a portion of chips as he's not a lover of rice. It didn't take long even though we did.t pre order. He decided to get some mini spring rolls. It came with extras of prawn toasts too. It was all piping hot and not greasy at all. I must admit it was very tempting I picked at it while my partner demolished most of his and alot of mine too. Most meals been very enjoyable and only the odd meal being a little warm, but a quick blast in the oven sorted it out. Will go down in a few weeks time.
This place used to be lovely but has gone down hill. Last two takeaways we have got have been rubbush. Warmed up chips, really cheap nasty chicken and stale prawn crackers. Time for us to find a new Chinese.
Nice food inside well if u have epilepsy don’t go in lights are terrible and u cannot hear them.
Food is gorgeous though
