So far have visited on 3 occasions. 1st was for a cut by. 2nd was for coloring, cut of split ends, and haircut. 3rd visit was for coloring. I highly recommend for cutting. Customer service is excellent and the ambiance is inviting. The stylists here are Lashoan, Diane and Terri. I’ll be back for sure!

Lashaan cut and styled my hair yesterday for the first time. She was great. She really listened and looked at the picture I showed her. She's a great shampooer, really got my hair clean. She's also really gentle and easy on your head when she is cutting your hair. I was so relaxed. Not at all like some stylist who push your head around and down. Going to a salon should be like that, just enjoyable and relaxing. She also cut and styled my husbands long thick hair and he agreed with me. We made appointments to come back before we left. Definitely, if you are looking for someone new, call Lashaan and make an appointment.
Five stars Is not enough to say how amazing their haircuts were. My daughter and son loved it because the stylists were so kind and amazing my daughter's hair gets so tangly but the detangaler worked so well to where the stylist suggested to use it and I tried to give my son a hair cut before but It did not work out but when they did his hair he was not the Same and felt amazing!
Got a short pixie cut by Terri and she did awesome!! She chatted with me the whole time and made me feel comfortable, the stylist there have decades of experience and gave a great haircut for cheap!!! My new go to in Athens!
My worst experience at a salon EVER. Went in for cut and highlights. Asked to have my roots done to match my current blonde highlights. The hairdresser said she could do it. She proceeded to bleach my entire head rubbing it into my scalp and then putting me under a heat lamp. (Except for two sections/chunks of hair that she pulled out and left completely untouched). The front desk employee and other staff tried to question her process and she brushed them off. They knew she did not know what she was doing, but didn’t stop her. When my hair was finally done I was left with orange hair and two dark chunks/strips. Completely unacceptable and not at all what I asked for. 3 salon appointments later with another salon and they are still trying to fix it months later. Even the new salon said she absolutely had no clue what she was doing and asked to take pictures to use as an example of what not to do. This incident has cost me a ton trying to fix and the salon refused to refund. My stylist did blame the salon for not having the right supplies for doing proper blonde highlights when I voiced how unhappy I was, but I should have been notified of this before she started and she definitely didn’t know what she was doing either. There was no way they could have fixed it and I definitely did not feel comfortable letting them try.
I had my first cut today after Lashoan was recommended to me. She did a great job. The price was reasonable and it's close to my house. I've found my new salon. Thanks
I love all the stylists that work here and I even was able to meet the owner all wonderful people! So professional at what they do! Lashoan Pittard is the best. She’s always positive and uplifting!
