Staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. We tried a cookies and cream post workout shake, a caramel latte plant based protein shake, and the Superman tea bomb! Will definitely be back. Left feeling satisfied.
Yummy, healthy, low sugar, protein packed! Definitely recommend for a healthy alternative to a shake. It is a little pricey, but worth it for the quality ingredients. This was the Roy-G-biv tea which was SO good and the kids loved this moose tracks protein shake.
David was very nice and super helpful! Ordered the Oreo Cheesecake shake with the Wonder Woman tea (small size). About $13 for the combo.

Staff is always friendly, drinks are always tasty and amazing. We drive frequently from Kentwood just because the service is always amazing and the owners are great. Highly recommend the Love Punch. It’s a pink lemonade that is sweet and refreshing.
Decent price, very friendly and welcoming staff. They always have a smile on their faces. And if you're a first-timer, they break it all down for you. My sister and I absolutely love these nutrition clubs.
First off the people giving bad reviews about masks are not even real names... people are sitting down enjoying shakes it’s like a restaurant you do not have to have a mask on while you are there eating So ignore all the bad reviews about masks. Their shakes are delicious and it’s crazy to think how healthy they are by how good they taste. I love coming in and getting a shake and a tea as I feel so good after!! The employees are awesome and keep you coming back!!
I LOVE Uplift Nutrition, there is such a great variety of tea/shakes and protein coffee!! The service is always wonderful!
