After a hard long week with just my nephew and I doing moves. We got a $100 gift card from a customer. We decided to eat well at Uno's. It was a great treat! ????
The waitress was a great she was so awesome it wasn't funny I had to tell the manager that she was an asset to the company without leaving and at night time it was so packed that you couldn't get to get a seat but I'm sure they took care of everybody with first class and the Trans-Siberian orchestra great.
WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE. THE MENU IS VERY OVERWHELMING. THEY HAVE TONS OF FOOD OPTIONS. PRICE IS DECENT, FOOD IS GREAT. CAN'T COMPLAIN
My sisters and I were staying at the connected hotel for the night. We wanted something close. When we were put on a wait list of 45 minutes, no problem it was packed. When there were seats at the bar, we stayed there. Monster truck was happening across the street, and there were a ton of screaming kids. Not the restaurants fault. Our bartender was good, she was the only wait staff that was actually trying to get work done. The male bartender had sunglasses on top of his head and was just flirting with young women that were there. I’ve worked in the restaurant/bar business as well as my sisters. We only ordered appetizers, by this time the place was cleared out. The food had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. The nachos were some of the worst tasting I’ve ever had, there was hardly any cheese on it. From the minute we sat down there were 5 empty tables that were still full of plates. I get they were in the weeds, but when there are a bunch of tables to be bussed and all the employees were on their phones or flirting with customers there’s no excuse. I felt so bad for our waitress, she was running the place. There was a group of kids that definitely did not look 21 ordering pitchers of margaritas and drinking them with straws. Each one in the group drank at least 2 pitchers. I went to the bathroom, 2 of the employees were in a stall doing lines and giggling, then ran out when they knew there was someone in there. Never again will I go to this place again. The lighting was the brightest I’ve seen in a restaurant. After a stressful week, we just wanted to relax ; instead we wanted to bus tables and couldn’t wait to leave. We ended up at the place down the road called Off The Rails, and wished we went there in the first place. You are better off going somewhere else.
Same be with phone I lncoming calls this company has not changed in 10 years I have been here change mangers are mangers strict mangers year in year out I tell them never work for this company regarding if they are trans lgbt pro or not not an environment I would ever support narsistic self entitled staff what staff work here in this septic location . Millbury is. O better as high turn out rate only offer 2 days week for dish washer other areas not sure I will never eat order or support this franchise ! Given volatile disgusting phone calls get have with “ mangers and seeing every mangers suits get fired with in year there been through 6 of managers I have known a or seen Alex hung up on me again . This be third time call

i havent been to unos in years and wow. so i got an email about your 10.99 pasta and loved the rattlesnack pasta and buffalo mac and cheese. I just got home with both of those pastas and the rattlesnack pasta literally has barely any sauce and its just alfredo sauce LMAO no spice at all literally. and the smallest 5 pieces of chicken. but the BIG let down is my buffalo mac and cheese. half of the noodles have no sauce what so ever and THEN..there is alfredo sauce!! i was so confused i thought maybe it was white cheddar but no its alfredo hahahaha. are you serious?! the poor girl at the takeout said she had 2 customers all day and I can see why. she was so nice but she cannot save that poor food quality.
Place was completely empty, but surprisingly still had an abundance of staff. I was confused as to why so much staff was there when it was completely dead. They were quite loud and just chatting. Food was unimpressive. Chicken scampi tasted like cheap Chinese food and we had to send it back. Dessert cookie seemed to have been cooked way too long as it wouldn't come off the pan unless we scraped mightily. Allie was our waitress and she was very personable and friendly, can't hold the negatives against her because she did her job great. If you have other options, eat elsewhere. Food may look good, but taste and overall experience is severely lacking.
Excellent service and very friendly staff. Menu options are typical UNO items but my favorite non pizza was the lemon basil salmon. Thank you to all the staff who have made me feel welcome home every time I come back to the States.
