Has an amazing time! Got my usual. Beth was great! The location is nice, gorgeous inside and out.. I would eat here again!
It was a last minute decision to order take out from here and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered an individual pizza, sausage and pepperoni, which was enough for lunch and dinner. My side salad was absolutely delicious with fresh fruit and a honey vinaigrette. So good! My food was delivered to the car in a timely manner and the server was very polite.
The food was good but the drink was okay.
The atmosphere was really good.
Vegetarian food was served.
Beth was our service, and she was truly amazing. She was on point. She gave some nice recommendations on appetizers and drinks. We didn't have to wait long for our food. She was also so swift in her moves. The dessert she recommended, Crispy Bread Pudding, omg she was so right.
I enjoy my meal, but the bread pudding seals the deal for me. I love it so much. My friend and I had a great time.
I loved everything about this place, it was my favorite since I was a little child. I have fond memories of the food and kind waiters (dessert in particular). Most of the time, the food was wonderful, especially the dessert and I loved Uno's unique atmosphere. Keep up the great work, Uno has always had a nice impact on my memories.
Had to fill out the survey just to highlight how excellent the service was tonight. As regular customers, tonight we had the awesome privilege of having Connor be our server. For all the times we have been here, we have seen him working, clearing tables, and waiting on other tables. Tonight was our turn. He did a tremendous job. Very attentive, worked very hard and should be highly praised!
Just left what used to be a great restaurant, with exceptional pizza. I will never return. Another reviewer mentioned Alexandria. She is the reason.
Sat at the bar to wait for my daughter to arrive, and asked if she could make an old fashioned, to which she miserably nodded. I tried to drink it, but never have I had a carbonated old fashioned. I have had many, and even make them myself at home. This was awful, and I don’t know what was in it. Sending it back was obviously a mistake, and she was completely miserable the entire time, acting like my daughter and I were a nuisance.
The appetizer was so overcooked I’m surprised it didn’t break our teeth, and the pizza was so dry we had to ask for sides of sauce.
The manager asked when we were cashing out how everything was, and I wasn’t honest because I just wanted to leave. She did not deserve a tip, but we gave her about 15%, where I typically leave 25. While walking out my daughter politely said “have a good night” to which she replied “thanks”. Not thank you, you as well… or something similar. What a horribly miserable and rude woman. Alexandria should not be working with the public. It’s no wonder the place is empty. So sad.
Very enjoyable dinner.
Auntie got Buffalo Mac n cheese. I ordered the Meat Market Pizza. We also got pizza skins. All the food was yummy. Yet a little predictable. Although 'Uno' is good at what it does, it's time to change-up the menus. There are too many pizza places, and not enough restaurants. Build on the pastas, burgers, etc. And definitely update the appetizers.
