Great response to a last minute call. Dispatcher was very responsive, we were picked up on time, and had an incredibly friendly driver, Ali. Would definitely use this service again.
I called to ask how much a ride is and they said Sr citizen is $6. I told him i am not a senior and he HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!
When i called back he said he didnt hang up.
A 3rd time I called to ask why he hung up amd he said he thought i was done.

Driver did not go to the right location nor did they call me about the issue despite requesting a phone number. Was told driver was nearby and that most people who order taxis "wait outside", so I waited for 15 minutes and nothing. Terrible service, terrible customer support, and idiotic drivers.
My ride with Mike was excellent. On time, even in the middle of nowhere Enfield. And it was late at night. Good driver.
The worst cab service, rude dispatchers & completely unreliable taxi service, cancel cab at the last minute. Hope they close down soon so the customers don't have to deal with them anymore.
Told us we would be picked up in 25 to 30 minutes. Let us stand in the rain for 1h and 15 minutes. Lied to us several times.
