Fast and efficient.
Got me in and out for an oil change super quick. They even greased door and hood latches and filled wiper fluid. I always come here for oil changes and other car needs and they have never failed me.
Do not buy any of their used cars! They are all junk. I bought. 2016 Passat that was labeled at a 2015 2.0 tsi Passat s This car is a 2016 1.8 tsi Passat s and they pulled the engine and swapped it for a junk yard one. The engine grenade its self. We pulled it and found yellow paint with a serial number on it that was from a salvage yard. The serial number on my engine does not correlate with the vin to my 2016 1.8 tsi vw Passat s. They have a Buick and a mini cooper for sale do not buy these! Had a feeling they were Super shady when I was purchasing at the end. Turns out my gut feeling was right.
Update 2/23/24 in response to you I bought the car in November. Four months ago not six. Obviously you have memory issues! Yes I took it for a test drive but I also pointed out all the oil leaks that needed to be fixed just for the owner and his wife to say it’s a German car they all leak oil. Nothing my friends and I can’t tackle and fix. After fixing the issues the engine gernaded itself. So we pulled it. Found out this isn’t the original engine and this is from a junk yard that only cost you 500$. We called the junk yard with that painted on part number. You’re not slick either. You sold me a lemon and knew it. You didn’t even disclose that Information with me. The timing cover evening was leaking but I knew there was work to be done to the car it’s a used car after all. However, I would had never bought he car if I had knew this. So you guys actually preformed auto fraud! The serial# on the engine doesn’t even match my vin after talking with the dealership! Bunch of money hungry pigs! We didn’t even boost the car we used Genuine, OEM Volkswagen parts. I stated I do this to some of my other cars but you seem to like to twist words. You also stated this was a 2015 2.0 when it’s actually a 2016 1.8. The car was in good running condition for about 2 days then broke down. Also a cloud of blue and white smoke came form the exhaust. You only let me test drive it on a strip of road because of no license plate ordeal. The owner refused to give me his last name and threatened to shoot me over the phone. The owners name is apparently Mike. Wouldn’t give me a contact number and wouldn’t give me a last name very shady people. The owner said since I left a bad review I can have his last name. If you read the other comments you will see you should avoid this place at all cost! They are very rude as well! I did confront this the owner over the phone about this issue and he told me to bring a gun because I will need it. What kind of response is that? Unsafe and insane owner! These new reviews that are posted recently are fake accounts he just made the leave a review to boost his crappy ratings.
I used to get oil service here until I moved out of the immediate area. They always did a fine job. Just recently I needed all my old service records to claim a warranty extension on my car. They were able to pull records from years ago and print them out for me. Highly recommended!
I live only about 1/4 mile from this establishment. My car battery died I called and they sent a tow truck they took all of 10 min. To jump my car with a little device she carried. I then took it down to them to have the battery checked. They charged $50 for them to stop and jump it and $50 for labor to put it in and $245.00 for a battery. I don't see where the gave me anything for the old battery. I feel like I was taken because I know anything about car's. After talking to my son in law tonight I feel like I was taken advantage of!!!!!
Edit: If my provider canceled shortly after 9am they wouldn't have sent me a message at 953 telling me you were delayed 30min.
My car needed towed to the mechanic. At 8 am they were assigned by my roadside service to pick up my car with an estimated 60-70 hour wait. At 9:24am I called to get an estimate on how long since I work 3rd shift and needed sleep. We arranged to have the car left unlocked with access to the key so I didn't have to be present. At 9:53 I get a notice that they have a delay of 30 minutes. At 10:45am I get a call that someone will be here in 20 minutes. At 12:22pm my car is still sitting here. I call the mechanic that my appointment was with my to explain why my car isn't there and if he recommended a service. At this time a new towing company is calling to tell me they will be here in 30 minutes. I now have to pay another day of car rental because my car won't be looked at today and have had very little sleep and the company I called 15 min ago is picking up my car now. Take your business elsewhere
This place is absolutely amazing. I broke down 2 hours from home and he towed my car and brought it his shop and fixed it. He showed me what broke and the communication was amazing. I will be using this shop in the future. Would recommend 10/10.

You don't want to do any business with this towing company, their service is horrible, my insurance paid them to tow my truck to my house and literally they left the truck right in the middle of the alley, when I called the company they told me that the guy who dropped my truck was the owner and that the was the best think they could do.
I don't understand how companies like this are still in business!!?
These guys are awesome! Had to make a very short notice emergency trip from NE to NY and needed an oil change in the car. Called them while I was on the road and was told to bring it down right away, they took care of us! Drove in, hung out in the car while they did the oil change, BS’ed with them the whole time. The whole thing took maybe 20 mins. Great company, great service, great price. 10/10 would go here again and recommend to others!
