Universal Taxi was good but now a days very poor customer service.
I spoke with lady at date : 12/17/2023 7:50 pm , she was suppose to listen and understand what I was trying to say rather she was aggressive saying you must pay what shows so on -and saying call back after 1 hour .
I wanted to inform her I went with same universal taxi paid $19 and when I came back with same universal taxi company it was showing $28 anyway I paid but the problem is no one was able to listen rather worried of their money .
Note : To the respected authorities of universal Taxi choose the customer service people who would able to listen and solve issues than arguing with customers .

Unprofessional to THE MAX. I’ll call and request a ride they’ll give me the set time and never show up. And when I call back asking where are they the lady wants to say she didn’t send it. Also if we give you the address we’re going to why do I have to give you the directions myself??? USE THE MAPS APP THATS WHAT ITS THERE FOR!!!!
5/9/24. On this day I was at the Quick Trip gas station. I walked outside and there was cab # 81. So I tapped on the window and asked the driver if she could take me to my deasanation. I told her were,she said yes. Gave me price, then she said how will I pay cash or card. I told her cash. Then she said to me ,could I pay her first,I said to her. miss I'm going to be in the cab with you. I will pay you when you take me to my deasanation. Will there be someone there to pay for you. Then she said to me because sometimes, I stopped her and said no don't put me in that group of people that don't pay. How dare she. For this reason I'm only giving one ???? because I have to give something.
So I called this joke of a taxi service... I asked the women if she had cash app she said no I said ok do you have change for $100 she said no so I said ok ima get change inside the walgreens... I gave the Woman a $10 tip over a $11 taxi ride, because of the wait due to the long line in walgreens how bout they gonna text me and tell me not to ever call their taxi service again because I wasted their gas. I said how the hell you gonna sit here and tell a customer not to call them again cause they waisted their gas? Maybe you should be charging more if you're concerned about the gas. I said wait till I put this on your review. And I don't even do reviews. Absolutely unprofessional
Bad customer service, and don’t know how to follow the gps. Even if you give the information over the phone it still does NOT help. Just TERRIBLE!
They say there going in 20 min never shows up called them back and asked where was my cab they told me 15 more min and never showed don’t call this cab at all
Driver had extreme road rage. Drove down the turn lane to pass people and continued through an intersection into the oncoming traffic's turn lane. When he saw me recording him he started swerving like he was trying to hit me with his car.
Worst cab company ever!!!! We were in Atlanta and needed a cab to go pick up our daughter at Braves Stadium that was 5 minutes from our hotel and the taxi company gave the driver the wrong address and so it took like an extra hour because of traffic and he also turned the meter off once he got to downtown Atlanta and then turned it back on again once he got to the correct destination!!!! $80 for an incorrect address was his fault not ours!!! Never ever again!!!!! If I could give it no stars I would!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO USE THIS TAXI SERVICE!!!!
