This is the closest car wash to me so I inevitably gave it a shot and couldn't be more disappointed. Can't even use the vacuum carpet cleaners there's never any shampoo and the vacuum cut off before your time is actually up, the automatic car wash scratched my car in numerous spots, the manual car was does not work as intended, the sign explaining each of the the chemicals is not accurate to the machine. Then you add in the fact it literally stole my money by taking said money and not increasing the time at all. Also no way to actually dry the car. All in all it's a horrible car wash run by people who dont care and just want free money with as little effort as possible.
Quick cash grab car wash. Did a horrible job for overpriced service. Machines are broken, they cause scratches as shown below from using this car wash service. Wouldn't recommend at all going here, take your business elsewhere if you're smart.
I had a issue with the automated wash and i reversed a little when the red light came on and it messed up the sensor had to put more money in and start over. I called the number on Google and the guy i spoke with was cool and respectful he explained what i did wrong and credited me a free car wash for the money i had to repay… and when i do use the self service washers they’re always clean and fully functional
I'm very disappointed. Was supposed to be a touch free wash. It was not. Luckily, it didn't scratch my work car. Also missed a lot of spots and wouldn't take my card. If you're desperate, go ahead and use it, but there are better car washes. Go to Coxsackie and use one of the ones there
Self service is okay, but the automated services are tragically poor. The first time I used it, there was no announcement to move forward so I never was rinsed or dried, only covered in soap. The second time I hit the wipers when I could to see ahead, and when the next chamber opened I pulled up for again no rinse or dry cycle. I'd rather just dry six or seven miles north to a better car wash when I need a scrubbing I can't manager on my own driveway.
Ravena car wash has been fully upgraded recently. It’s and entirely new experience! New hybrid tunnel automatic, new self serve equipment, new lighting and building renovation.
No staff on premises... Do it yourself are only accepting bills which you don't fond out till you put quarters in....signs are ripped off so you don't know. Called and waited 25 minutes for help. He put minutes on it for me and apologized for the inconvenience, very helpful and friendly. But fix your equipment so the staff doesn't take the heat for your slacking.
Washed my car here, did a great job. Got all the stuff off that the one in Catskill misses all the time! Well done! Nice upgrade!
