Marcello did the great job for fixing up my car with very reasonable price. Highly this shop for auto collision repair.
Updating my review from 5 stars to 1 star. Reason, since Marcello used to own this shop, I had no issue with my vehicle repair. However since last year when he was in process of transferring his business to Manny (Manuel), that guy totally trashed this shop reputation. As last year I brought my vehicle for the repairs and used my insurance for paying the damages, it was literally a nightmare detailing with Manny. Even I paid him upfront, took an over a month to repair my vehicle bumper. The paint he did on the bumper at first didn't match with the body and took 4 days to repaint it even though he was committed to do in next day. Later, I discovered a noise was coming while I drove my vehicle, based upon his inspection he pointed out the it was coming from the brakes which I was totally disagreed with him. After I took my vehicle to the dealership, it was diagnosed with issue with strut mount, which I later replaced it and the issue was resolved and paid from my own pocket. At the end, I requested for the receipt many times, he didn't give it to me.
Long story short, Manny is very articulated in deceiving, untrustworthy, con artist and beware of this guy any kind of BS he tells you. For the price I've paid for the repairs I recommend everyone to take their vehicles in a good reputable shops rather than this one. As I've paid fair amount of money for the service that I didn't get including the BS he gives you.
Took my classic mercedes 500sl there first to fix a section of paint that was faded. Did a super job and very reasonable. My car looks great and he used genuine mercedes paint. I have used him two other times since for my daily driver cars. Great job each time.
This business did a great job with replacing and painting the rear side fender on my car. The owner Marcello is a genuinely good person who takes pride in the work of his business.
I have bought 2013 Honda civic from William Silva on November 7th 2021 but unfortunately when I went to the DMV, I just realized it is salvage title. He never told me about it.
Also, it failed inspection!!
I contacted him so many times but his response was like " man, I gave you the VIN and you should have checked"
I bought from a shop even it was expensive but I thought he had a good reputation. I already file a case "DC form" at middlesex county court.
I never advise anyone to buy from him.

And the dealer, Ameen is also a fabulous guy i have ever met, honest and trustworthy
You should visit there for buying a car in a good price.....
They offered a competitive price but the job was performed below average standards. Very poor after sales services. Poor warranty handling.
Marcelo is a fine human being. End of story.
