It's so magical in here.
Just entering the place is an experience, it is so fantastically decorated, crammed with original artwork, pottery and other knick-knacks, all made by local artists and all for sale.
The food was tasty and wholesome, and the staff are ever so friendly and eager to look after their guests.

My friends and me meet here regularly for 'coffee, cake&catch up!' ???? We are always greeted pleasantly by the two lovely ladies that run the cafe. Its a relaxing place to sit and natter or browse around. Lots of 'nik naks' to discover, smashing pieces of Art, done by local Artists, as well as jewellery, pottery and plants! Its a 'cavern of wonderful collections, beckoning to be browsed!!???? ...just when you think you have reached the end of the 'cavern', theres another room attached, leading to an eclectic range of fashion in clothing, material, cushion & throws and all sorts of curiosities to delve through!! You really do need a couple of hours to browse around this wonderful place! Try it, take a friend or two, you'll be glad you did! If you like home made cakes and pastries, and delicious coffee, its a treat! ☕???????????????? ???? ENJOY!!!
Unity Yard is one of the hidden gems of Holmfirth. It's a beautiful and vibrant space, perfect for a coffee and cake date, business meetings or if you just fancy working from your laptop during the day.
The staff are also super friendly and make you feel at home and comfortable.
The internet is fast, which is great if you work from home and you just want a different working environment whilst having a bite to eat and a drink.
They have alternative milk options and the food and drink is extremely affordable.
One of my favourite features is the fact that it's also a shop around where you relax, meaning that you can spark up a conversation with anybody and is a great community hub. They have a wide range of gifts for all seasons, and is definitely a 'kooky' space!
If you're a local and you've never visited, or a tourist looking to visit Holmfirth, you should visit Unity Yard. It's only a walking distance away from the centre, and even has it's own free car parking at the rear.
Excellent coffee and cake. Had a mooch around and bought an original painting. I know just where I am hanging it. Will be back for more coffee and art.
First visit and will definitely go back. A really lovely unexpected place. Very welcoming people, very nice coffee and a huge array of beautiful handmade items and artwork.

We visited here for the first time. The food was tasty & the service was great. Lots of arts and crafts for sale too. It is also dog friendly. ❤️ We will be back.
