Unity Non Emergency medical Transport

This is the Best local Colorado Springs Medical transportation services. I started riding with Unity just after they started operating when they only had a couple cars, and drivers. Before I left for Fort Lyons two years later they had moved up to around 8 to 10 cars. I’ll even go on and say it’s because of the service they provide, and the employees they hire which made them the best. The one time I did have a problem with a driver they addressed it right away with a personal call from the owner. It wasn’t long before I started calling these guys friends/Brothers. The owner is making his American dream come true. I’ve never had such personable relationships with a services provider as I have with Unity, and the drivers. I love these cats , and strongly recommend this company if you like people that care for not only themselves and their families which they do much, but also their customers. Very dependable even in the winter time. Thank you so much Unity. I sure miss y’all since I’ve been down here at Fort Lyons getting my life in order. When I return to the Springs I will definitely be going back to UNITY!

I reached out to multiple ride services with very short notice early Monday morning as I was dealing with truck issues and UNITY TRANSPORTATION are one of the only ones that would even answer my call. Countless ride services are listed as "open" on Google but don't answer at all or send calls immediately to voicemail, even after several attempts thinking maybe they were just dealing with high call volume on Monday morning. The guys at UNITY took my call very professionally, found a driver with an available time slot that fit my needs and had a driver out front within the hour. Eric, the driver was on time, kind and extremely professional. I had to use medicaid ride services for the week while dealing with my own vehicle and without any type of reminder or having to ask and hope they could accommodate, Unity Transportation continued to show up through the week on time providing their services to and from my residence to my appointment all while showing extreme professionalism, great kindness and making me feel safe through the entire trip daily. Wednesday Unity sent a different driver to provide a ride to ensure i would be on time and once again this driver was on time, super friendly, professional and safe. The second driver introduced himself upon getting into his car, however I personally forgot because as I am terrible with names even though I often meet several new people daily as a small business owner and technician. I made sure his company knew how great he was along with his Amazing Coworker Eric. Stay safe out there guys! Always be the best at everything you do and stay positive no matter what because whether you are the best ditch digger in the country or the world's finest attorney, hard work and positivity almost always pay off and hardly go unnoticed. I'd rather train a tech that knows absolutely nothing, has never seen or touched a PLC or a relay but gives it everything he's got everyday, shows up on time every single day, is professional and shows my customers a positive attitude all the time then a Sr tech with 25 years experience who knows every system and wiring schematic but drags his feet, can't wait to clock out, is unprofessional and short with customers. Unity drivers, keep doing what you do, it will certainly payoff if it's not already.

Great place to go if you need a ride for medical people are courteous prompt and will get you to your visit on time these guys go out of their way to satisfy their customers

The man I talked to on the phone was really disrespectful and rude. He was honestly making me feel like i was stupid all because my phone was being a little slow pulling up my medicade id number and it wasn't even that long like maybe 30 seconds if that.

Yohannes, my driver, was/is probably one of the NICEST human beings I've ever met on this planet!!! He was timely, professional, knowledgeable, kind, understanding, safe and GREAT conversation!!! This guy deserves a raise!!! ❤️

The best medical transport out there! They are nice, friendly and care that you have the best ride. Alex is superb at running the show and all the drivers follow his lead. If your appointment goes a little later they make sure you still have a ride home. Terrific people for a fantastic business!

I've never had drivers before that made me feel so comfortable riding with my two young ones in the car. They are always on time, clean, and go above and beyond all the while doing this while somehow paying attention to the road, being so understanding when my kids throw up or throw a fit, and then there's me talking thier head off. I've only started using them the beginning of this year but it plays out more like a friend picking us up, always a familiar face, saying hello to my girls and carrying carseats for me and helping to buckle them in, even put a fallen shoe back on a toddlers chubby foot. With the health problems I have and very little to no support, it's thier genuineness and help, if only during a short ride, that means more than they know, I suspect, and it always brightens up my day a bit to be around this caliper of people where they are so few and far between these days. I wish them luck in thier future business endeavors, they certainly deserve it!
