If I could give this place -1 Stars I most definitely would I called needing a cab and he says that one would be available in 12 mins and when I said to send the cab he acknowledges that he sent the cab 12 mins later I call back asking where my cab is and he says and I quote “there is no cab booked for you” don’t use unity they’re all lazy Indians in this place use your ride share app if you have one
Dispatcher has a very unprofessional nasty attitude. People like that need a different job if they can't act professional at all times.
I wouldn't give this place no stars. I went inside this place yesterday and I regret it. I called three times before walking inside the dispatcher was just sitting in a chair looking stupid. I wanted to get a taxi to go home and when I told the guy I called three times and there was no one answering he became very rude and disrespectful. I would never ever go there again. Inside that place is disgusting , nasty looking, you might get covid if you walk inside that place that's how nasty it is. Its very old and dirty looking. The dispatcher was very unprofessional and very rude with his mouth. I walked right out of that place and used a different taxi service. This place won't get a dollar from me.PLEASE DO NOT USE UNITY THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!
This is a taxi cab service. The drivers are late VERY OFTEN! Usually for 1 or 2 reasons, 1. The drivers NOTORIOUSLY TAKE EXTRA FARES EN ROUTE TO YOU AND LIE TO THE DISPATCHER ABOUT IT, OR, 2. The dispatcher forgets to call your fare in. Then they blame traffic on everything. It's decent enough if you time to wait and have no other alternatives.
Horrible experience with this cab service. Driver shows up 25 min later in a dusty, broken down vehicle, smells like cigars, cigarettes and anything else he smokes in it!! The car sounds like it’s about to break down and he’s forced to drive very slow. Not happy at all!!
Trash service, overpriced compared to bases you can call in the area & the drivers think they’re knowledgeable to drive without gps and make you 10 mins late
The dispatcher is very unprofessional and rude. I've made many attempts to get a taxi for our visitors at work only to be told they don't have anyone in the area even before he or she even calls anyone. When I asked the dispatcher if he prefers their info be removed from our board he got loud and hung up. I wonder if I can file a complaint with TLC.
Cars are always late and now that I had to go with another company to get to work they won’t send cabs anymore the man is rude and likes to hang up on people. They’re drivers are maniacs and almost crashed with me in the car smh
