Flat tire from a screw on the 405. Excellent service on a Friday evening; immediately removed and replaced with another tire and gave me a great $ deal. Super service in an emergency. Very helpful.
I have been coming to Mike for almost 8 years now. I do agree with the comments saying that he is a nice guy. Unfortunately, he's not all that honest. My last 3 visits made me start to feel skeptical about this place, and I was right to feel that way. After my most recent visit, I found out that he charged me $195 for a part that costs an average of $75, and the visit before that, he charged me $250 for a part that costs an average of $90. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but this really sucks. Definitely won't be going to him again.
Mike was very helpful! I needed to replace my catalytic converters, wheel hub bearings, spark plugs, mass airflow sensor, brakes and also needed a smog check. United Auto Services was able to go above and beyond my expectations. The mechanics here are very experienced and will be taking all my vehicles here from now on. I highly recommend them even if you only need a simple oil change. These guys are real professionals and can work on any type of car, truck, suv, or even classic cars. Best auto repair shop in westminister without a doubt.
Wonderful customer service, thoughtful, efficient. I took my car get to get my break pads replaced and a tune up. The price is affordable and not overwhelming like other shops.

Asked these lame brains here for a jump start once. They sat there picking their noses, and said "We charge $10 for that here", - or how about the person next to me that helped out for "FREE".
