These guys are A-bsolute LEGENDS!!! They were able to get me in right before a holiday weekend when I had car trouble while traveling across the country and they were kind enough to explain everything they were doing by showing me how things work on my car. They are incredibly thorough in their work and they make sure everything is done right. Can't recommend them enough!!! If you need car work done hit them up!

Amazing service and care for customer. The dealership told me I needed $700 in recommended maintenance. Rosa looked on Carfax and found out that the work has been done recently (at the dealership) and still had 50k before needed. Did full inspection and gave me great advice. The whole team is amazing, helpful and informative. Highest recommendation.

Since moving to the area almost two years ago, United Auto European has been servicing my car. They have been quite thorough in analyzing issues I was having with my car, able to schedule my service in a very timely fashion and have gone above and beyond to accommodate me with various issues I’ve had with scheduling, picking up my car and warranty related. Their service is phenomenal.

The service here was amazing and they squeezed us in and helped us out in a crunch!

Had a great experience here - my check engine light came on right before I had to leave for a road trip and they squeezed me in to take care of it even though they were busy. They stayed after hours for me to get the job done which was much appreciated! Rosa at the front was extremely friendly, explained everything to me, and it was overall a very pleasant experience. Will be back for any other issues that may come up with my vehicle!

This is the only shop I allow to perform mechanical repairs on my BMW. They’re very polite professional and respectful. They find the problem and fix it correctly. The owners are very committed to good business and serving the customer at its best!!!

Two services/repairs at this shop now. Both times, they communicated very well, got the car finished when they said and sent updates via text so the cost wasn't a surprise.
