If I could give this Cab Company zero Stars I would. Their cab takes anywhere from an hour to 2 hours to even pick you up, if they even pick you up. The last two times I tried to call during the day the woman was so rude she snapped at me the first time saying she doesn't have time for that. Then today when I need to go to the walk-in, she says the brakes are out on the cab. Don't you think you would do routine maintenance on your cabs? It's horrible that this area only has this cab company to rely on.

This time called twice no answer.
Last ride was in time. Wait time was minimal. Good customer/client experience. ????????????????
More than happy with this service. He was prompt in spite of being quite busy, and the price was more than fair. It will seem a bit foreign to my fellow city-dwellers that are used to Uber/Lyft, but I would readily ride with this service again.
12 or 13 times I have used United American cab to get to work. And there has been two times where I was sure I was going to be late. Both of those times, I had one minute to spare and was not late!!

After receiving poor service and told driver was too busy for a call from another service in town I was very pleased when I called arts. She was straight forward and had a good time frame. With the aid of her GPS we got where we needed to and promptly. I put professionalism at a 2 only because it was a taxi ride and I am not professional by any means in a taxi. LOL I travel alot following the Mississippi River and I will definitely use Art's next time I am in Keokuk.
I called United American Cab in Keokuk, IA and I have to say my first impression is not a good one.
The lady who answered the telephone is very rude. I don't think she likes her job very much.
Maybe she is just having a bad day.
The companie's website showed it offers Limousine Service, but when I call to find out more about the Limousine I get a not so nice lady on the phone.
They never the damn phones when people call and need a ride somewhere. I'm amazed they are still in business.
Here lately been have to walk to work I work 12 hrs a day from morning to evening cab number goes straight to voicemail in d mornings get off 12 hrs later call still goes to voicemail.there just not reliable so I guess I'm walking to work every day here on out on my days off I'm walking there just not reliable and in the past I used them all the time
