Tommy is a mechanic who I can trust. He will give a true diagnosis for a vehicle repair even if he will earn less money. He charges reasonable prices and he is respectful and informative to his customers.
Tommy has reasonable pricing for oil change and tune-up. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and does his service with a smile. Will be back for the next service on my vehicle.
I had recently taken my 2011 Chevy Cruze in for repairs here after being in the area for other errands. Tommy was honest and explained things very well, and the young lady in the front office was professional and pleasant.
I got my wheel bearings changed on both front wheels, 2 new tires with 2 brake pads on the back, and an oil change/filter replacement. He checked my other oil levels too. The total cost was fair IMO at about $1100. I have no problem paying for honest business (especially for those with a good reputation and professional service) especially with so many cons these days.
I wanted to wait a few weeks to ensure that the repairs stuck(bad experiences in the past ????) and my car is still running great. I felt respected here and will absolutely recommend this business 10/10! Thank you!
Tommy is always pleasant to deal with. As a woman I never feel taken advantage of especially after leaving the dealership with a long list of “suggested” items to be repaired that were truly not needed. Tommy gives his honest opinion and fair rates. He will provide you with an honest timing instead of having you sitting around the shop wondering how much longer. His customer service and professional is very much appreciated. He has a lifelong customer!
Tommy is a nice , honest & down to earth mechanic & business owner! . He scanned my suv for diagnostics on why my AWD light comes on sometimes?! Great treatment by He & his Wife ! They know their stuff and won’t try to gouge You! I will use them again in future! ) They even have old collectible cars there they are restoring ! Very cool & good communicator on how long wait time is! )
I was very impressed with Tommy at Unique Way Custom Automotive on Canton Road in Marietta, Ga. We took a chance on having him repair the air conditioning and install new parts on our Lexus SUV and was very pleased with his mechanical skills as well as his professional mannerism. Tommy is great a does great work on my car. Unfortunately I had to end and find new mechanic due to the terrible customer service.. the lady in the front seemed like she always have a attitude. I tried to support black business, But customer service means alot when I'm spending my money...????????
I started coming to Tommy for my automotive needs after my coworker recommended him. I like the fact that he's always been honest with me. He's never tried to cheat me and as a woman I truly appreciate that. His work is awesome, never had an issue when he works on my cars. I've had tires replaced, brakes done and other work done. Right now he has oil change specials going on so he'll be doing that when that time comes. He's even given me great quotes on body damage on my car. I highly recommend Tommy for your automotive needs, you won't regret it!
