Very upset with the service. I called prior to coming in and requested a walk-in for two haircuts staffed informed me they had an appointment available this morning. I go in the elder women was very nice when we walked in. My appointment was at 10:30. I did not get serviced until 10:41 AM. The stylist that was attending me then told me she only had an appointment available on her schedule for one which I expalined calling for two. She then proceeded to say she could only fit one person due to the fact she had another appointment at 11 keep in mind. I arrived on time to my appointment so she was giving me 20 minutes for shampooing haircut and styling. I then let her know we will schedule another day and walked out. She did not even try to give us options or alternatives, I typically come get my haircut at this place on a regular by a younger stylist who has always done an amazing job however, after today I will no longer be returning to this salon.
I’ve been going to unique chic for years now and i always leave loving my service. Miya is my hair dresser and she always makes my experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. On top of her sunshine personality she does great hair coloring, perms and cuts. The shop is always clean, calm and inviting with a professional ambiance. Love this shop and highly recommend!!
I got a haircut and style with Miya today and she was absolutely exceptional. I was in desperate need of a haircut and she did such an amazing job! I’ll definitely be coming back to see her.

I have taken my daughter there for over 20 years, always a wonderful experience. It is sad that Monica who has taken care of Katie for a long time is leaving. Monica recommended a replacement, so we will be seeing Darlina the next time.

I used to like this place but it ended up being the only one I ever walked out without a tip because I was charged full price for an awful experience. I came in to get my roots dyed black to match the rest of my hair. The stylist used 40 volume developer for dying my hair dark and it didn't take. She did the same thing two more times, roots still didn't take probably because the developer was so high. Then she blamed my hair for being weird- which is a gaslighting tactic used by salons when they mess up something. I've been dying my hair black for years-i know it's not weird. Anyways she washed it out the last time and started styling my hair. Blowdried is and everything. When I left to get the tip money, my head felt itchy and I went to scratch it to find a giant glob of hair dye that she never washed out still in the back of my hair. Couldn't have possibly been missed when styling my hair the last time. I will never go back.

She was super patient, engaging, kind... after cutting the hair, she dried out and made some extra curls (daughter already have curls) just to make look extra cute. ;-) That was really kind of her!
Staff are very friendly! Clean place...! Super recommend
