Vivienne is amazing, the store is full of trinkets, clothing, and beautiful items. I’ve spent hours there just looking at everything and trying things on. My favorite vintage clothing store, maybe of all time, and vivienne is just so kind. Plus she has an adorable dog that sits on his own chair.

Oh my dear! I had driven past this place a hundred times and never noticed that it was there. WELL! I finally noticed the sign along West River.i drove onto the store property and before I left my car, I was in love. I did leave my car and the sweetness of this place was only surpassed by the owner, Viviane. She is fluent in the language of vintage and knows the story behind each of her items.. there is a lot to take in...it is the kind if place where you never see all her wonderful merchandise, even if you spent the whole day in Vivian's Vintage Heaven.

Absolutely wonderful boutique. I walked in a stranger and walked out with a whole new friend in Vivian. She's a simply lovely person. I found several new favorite clothing items which is saying a lot because I'm very picky when it comes to clothing. I will definitely come back here

Okay but look at this dress!!! The owner of the store told me I HAD to try it on and I’m so happy I did! She really knows how to choose the perfect garment for your body and style! Highly recommend!

I spent the day checking out all the thrift stores in Truckee and this one was my favorite! Its really colorful and there are so many special unique items. Reminds me of a Paris thrift store!

Vivian’s is a gift to all people who are going to parties. No matter the party, stop in and see Vivian and she’ll help you feel amazing. You might walk out with a vintage dress, or a bright wig, or a sweet new pair of sunglasses, or perhaps just the right pair of pants. But more importantly, Vivian will be excited for you and the party you’re going to, and in those minutes in the shop you’ll get so excited by the infectious energy of this magical spot.

Unique Boutique is amazing! There's tons of incredible stuff for men and women at great prices. The owner is so helpful and kind that even though I just met her, we hugged when I left. She helped me find an outfit so fun that multiple strangers asked to take photos with me. A bartender gave me a free drink for taking a picture with her! Viviane has a gift for creating special outfits and costumes. I saw a recent review from someone named Rashid saying the store was tiny, packed, and overpriced. Google says he's a local guide but most of his reviews are from San Francisco. He doesn't give more than four stars on anything, including the El Dorado National Forest. He gave a Whole Foods in San Francisco a higher rating than Unique Boutique! :( He says he didn't get a good vibe from the owner?! What? Unique Boutique is just that, a unique boutique; it's not a big box store in San Francisco, thank god. Support locally owned businesses and check out Unique Boutique. You'll be happy you did.
