This is a con auto shop I was cheated out $204 By Andrew.I went in for basic tune My engine light was on I had already went to Autozone did a code reading I only need a tune up.I took my car to Unique Auto Lab .Two days later my engine light return on alone with thermostat light.I pay for toll to have my car taken back to Unique Auto Lab. Same day I was than charge $80 he said I need a thermostat which I though was crazy.3 days later engine lights return on with thermostat light again.I again now 2nd Time I had to have my car toll to Unique Auto Lab.Andrew than text me and I you have a blown head gasket $2650.80.I had my car toll home went to Auto Zone again because engine light was on again.Codes I need A spark plug and ignition coil.I went back to Unique Lab Auto spoke with Andrew he say the information code print out from autozone was wrong.I lefted went to Firestone had them pull spark plugs to see if they had
been changed.Guess What! Spark plugs never changed I had Firestone give me a print out.This was a horrible experience.I will be back with receipts ......

Friends and family referred me to Unique Auto Lab. I’ve never had one day of regret about my decision to take my car there initially—and to return several times since for excellent service I’ve not found elsewhere. Andrew is knowledgeable, as well as professional. More than that, he’s reliable. He and his staff stand behind their work. I’ve faced periodic issues with my 10-year old vehicle, but not once has Andrew given less than the utmost attention to service—yes, even to an older model car. I'll leave home without some contact numbers, but I always have Unique Auto's number nearby! Unique Auto was recommended to me and because of its outstanding service, I continue to recommend Andrew and Unique Auto.
I was referred here through a family friend a few years back after another shop had completely over charged me and didn't even fix the problem. Andrew was able to not only fix the problem but he did it at a very reasonable price. He did more work for half of what a few other places were quoting me at. Andrew has great customer service and I go to him for everything now and refer everyone I know to him. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.
I was having problems with my truck and I was shopping around to find a reasonable mechanic and could not find one, I was frustrated. My neighbor told me about her mechanic that she have be using for awhile, she referred me to Andrew, I took my truck to him not only was he reasonable he was very professional, he explain to me what was going on with my truck and he was able to fix it the same day, my truck is running like new, I am happy with the work he did. If I have anymore problems with my truck I don't have to stress about finding a mechanic thanks to Andrew. I would not trust my truck with no one else but him.
Working with this guy has been a complete nightmare. Everytime he said he fixed something, it turns out that he did not. I would have to take the car right back after picking it up because repairs were never done. Now he's had my car for months and will not respond to my phone calls or texts messages. I go by there only to find the shop closed. He was referred to me by my mother-in-law but I wish that I had read the real reviews before using him. I've seen bad mechanics before but nothing as bad as this. I wish that I could give him a -10.
