The portions of food are great, the side of macaroni is huge! My drink actually had a decent amount of alcohol in it unlike every other restaurant I've been to. I went in the afternoon and the music wasn't loud so I could actually unwind with my partner before his work and the service was excellent. This is my new favorite place for nice occasions out. I hardly even like most salads because I'm extremely picky and it was amazing.
This restaurant offers an excellent selection of food. I’ve visited several times and particularly enjoy their salads and chef specials. The service is consistently outstanding, and the ambiance is delightful. There’s plenty of nearby parking, and they have an outdoor patio for nice weather. Highly recommend!
My wife and I had brunch at 10:00 am on Saturday and we were both totally impressed. She had the French toast with fruit and sauce and I had the breakfast sandwich with hash browns. Both dishes were delicious and a nice change from the traditional breakfast fare. See you next week.
In my 50 years of existence and tasting and eating different calamari…………. Union An American Bistro’s calamari was an exceptional. It was a bomb! Never tasted a calamari that good, it was so juicy compared to the norm or traditional way of cooking it dried. And it’s not just the calamari, it’s just for the starter! The three dishes that they recommend and served us was uniquely good.
We just had such a great experience. We showed up right at opening with 13 people. They got us sat up quickly. Claudia was the best server and she handled our group amazingly! The food was amazing with lots of choices and also lots of fun flavors.
we've been meaning to come here for awhile, and we're not disappointed! the bartender was really busy when we sat at the bar on a Saturday, maybe next time less bar backs and another actual bartender. butttt the gluten free buns were amazing! and the fries are gluten free too so I was happy
We made reservations (I highly recommend that you do) the food was delicious and the waitress was great. I had the Salmon Salad which was excellent! We started out with their calamari appetizer which was great. They have outside dining as well which we had wanted but the wait would have been longer than what we wanted.
We just enjoyed a great Happy Hour at Union in Castle Rock! Our server Brandon was wonderful… he offered great suggestions, our drinks were replenished often, food came quickly, and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The Happy Hour food is definitely worth exploring as you enjoy the drink specials. Next time I’m in Castle Rock (on my way from Denver to the Springs), we’ll be back to Union! Thanks guys!
