What I don't understand about this place since when do they have to get inside of a vehicle that they towed because it ran out of gas and a parking lot and that person that owned that parking lot called the tow truck the emergency brake wasn't on it was in park I might be a woman and I don't understand that part though when I asked him he didn't have no response I don't suggest using them for anything
