So unreasonable they tell a time and half the time the cabs don't show up cab service is the worst
2nd day in a row I order a car from the Bronx to E 30th Street in NYC ROUNDTRIP. Yesterday, the vehicle was an older model and everytime we stopped or was idol the vehicle started shaking. I couldn't understand the drivers brake situation. He tapped the breaks continously so he could stop....later when it was raining I understand by the screaching breaks he just needed to get them done! Unsafe especially for a child which I mentioned when I placed the call for service. Today, as I'm still in the car it is 81 degrees and we are stuck in touch and go traffic. My son is so red and hot. I didn't mind the windows open on the way down to pick up my son, okay save money however possible. BUT you see the heavy traffic and hearing my multiple complaints and still no ac. NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE CHOOSE UBER OVER LOCAL CAR SERVICES.
There has been multiple times that I’ve called this cab base and I had to wait over 5 minutes when they would tell me 2 minutes. The drivers end up behind the building which I don’t understand why. This morning I called and they said 1 minute, I waited 10 minutes for the same cab that never came!!! This cab base answers quickly but drivers are not good!
I would give them a 5 star just because of affordability, but the phone operators can be very rude and quick to get off the phone. They don't tell you prices on the phone unless you ask quickly before you get hung up on.
I called this.company on my way to work one morning it takes 20 minutes to get to my job from home. I had an hour I was told 5 minutes after 10 minutes no show I was told he was seconds away, another five minutes I called to see what happened the guy said it would be five minutes. When I complained he said you still want it or what !!! Un reliable. I gave them 1 star because it's not the driver's fault....
So far I had a very good experience. Driver’s are always on time and they very respectful.
No good! The driver didn't pull up to the building's address pickup, he was down the block, I had my daughter and three bags with me. When we got into the car, he acted like he didn't know what direction to drive in even though he put the destination in his gps, then when dropping us off he attempted to drop us off 2 blocks from the address. Finally when we arrived, he overcharged me for my trip, I was charged $15 for a ride normally no more than $13! I gave him a $20 bill and he's going to talk about he only have $2 singles left, no change! Never again will I use this car service! First and last time and I will be reporting this in the morning!
I would give this cab company zero stars if I could. I usually visit my friend in the Bronx on The weekends. Like other's have stated, I call this cab company and THEY NEVER seem to have any available cabs on hand. What's the point in having a Cab Company if you NEVER have any cabs?! As bad as Watson car service is, they are way more reliable than this car service.
