I usually really enjoy this place and order here quickly often however I think I will be taking a break. I ordered delivery and the estimated time was 3:25-3:35. I finally ended up calling around 4 to ask where it was, I tried to give them some grace. I was told that they were just sending it out. When we got it food was lukewarm and I only live 6 minutes away which signals to me that it was sitting around for awhile. Food is good but just a little disappointing
Ordered food for delivery at 5:25 PM, estimated delivery time was 6:10-6:20… 7:10 PM and still waiting for our food.
Update: Food finally came at 7:20. Sub that I ordered was OPEN IN THE BAG! Not even wrapped up, just thrown in the bag (photo shows it just how I pulled it from the bag). Chicken tenders and fries were mostly cold. Threw it all out. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone so I’ll be disputing the charge through my bank to get my money back. Delivery kid said something about managers quitting and the place was a disaster. Sorry, but not my problem. Stop taking orders if things are that bad instead of taking people’s money and delivering disgusting food!
If you didn’t have 2yr olds working for you, maybe you could push out some halfway decent food. I asked for a meatball cold. Not that I wanted my meatballs and cheese cold as well. Patiently waiting for the day another pizza joint comes to town and puts you out of business.
This place used to be great, but the quality has been steadily declining the past few years. I used to get a couple pizzas, subs, and/or pasta delivered for my family every few weeks or so with enough for leftovers the next day. We stopped going as much last year, because the food started getting greasier and often came over-done but also cold, or they'd get bits of the order wrong. I choked it up to them being busy for a while, but it was so consistently lack-luster and disappointing that we had to just stop going altogether. Every time I give them another chance, everything is just okay at best. It's not bad pizza in a pinch, but ultimately there's better options for your money elsewhere.

Ordered chicken broccoli alfredo and got cheese alfredo. There was so much cheese, it wasn’t even edible. Do better and next time maybe mix it or stir it. Also tasted like burning oven.
Came to eat in, my fiance got his pizza about 10 mins after we ordered but I didn't get my steak and cheese sub for about 35-40 minutes at which point I had it wrapped to go. Hopefully the sub is good when I get home
Having owned my own business I am reluctant to give negative reviews and I am also an advocate of supporting small, local businesses. But, that said I want to spare anyone else the trouble of going to this place. First of all the service was mediocre and there was absolutely no air conditioning in the dining. It was extremely hot and stuffy and we sat at one of the tables near the window and I don't know how they pass health code because the windows and sills were filthy!! I had been there years ago with a young girl and the dining area wasn't as as disgusting so I thought we'd give it a try. And it was so ridiculously loud with some of the young people behind the counter shouting at each other that we couldn't wait to finish eating our meal and to leave!! We will never return and having been a former business owner I'm telling all my business owner friends to avoid that place!! So, don't waste your money and go to a reputable pizza place. I would recommend village Pizza in Sturbridge or Enrico's. I wish we had taken the time to drive to one of those instead!!!
