WORST PLACE EVER

I came here with an shift gear issue, bad water pump and rusted belt and was told after I picked it up, it was fixed. Only to end up stuck at a parking lot a week later and having the same codes pop up. I got it towed there again and the front desk lady, Brittany, had told me they were pending codes and that they popped up because I hadn’t put gas in my car….. After they supposedly fixed everything this time I drove it for only 5 MINS!! To find another issue. A knocking noise started happening and every time I was in idle my seat would viciously shake. MY CAR HAD BECAME WORSE THAN THE FIRST INTIAL ISSUE. I ended up returning AGAIN for the FOURTH TIME and Brittany was extremely rude and even snatched my keys out my hand. Not only did they scam me, but after I caught on to their shady behavior the “mechanics” told me after the fourth time of me returning, that my car was “unfixable”. I ended up taking it to another mechanic to get a proper inspection and found out that they hadn’t checked my fluids, had an exhaust leak and a failing ECM!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Don’t expect them to admit to THEIR mistakes and expect them to OVERCHARGE you on simple fixes.

Car sat at garage 2.5 weeks before they started on it. They messed up head gaskets and never offered to fix mistake. Friend of mine has had repairs done by them they didn’t do right and never refixed. Secretary told them I couldn’t afford heads shaved I never said it another secretary told me in second call “ my dad would have fixed your car right if”. …….Shady shady business. If they make a mistake don’t expect them to do the right thing. That doesn’t exist here. Only reason they get a star is because it’s required for review. Don’t waste your money here even if they agree on a price.

I’ve been taking my truck to Britt and Dale for about a year now for regular oil changes just had it in for inspection recently fast friendly service at great prices I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else go check them out for all your automotive needs would definitely recommend
