Recently went for dental appointment, Dr Jabeen immediately took me as her patient and treated it well. She had to fill down to the root canal and she did amazingly well, I was impressed. Very professional, formative, ease and just a breath of air. Her assistant was amazing as well. Much love.
This is a great dental surgery. Dr Ten is an outstanding dentist who is so skilful and puts you at your ease. He has repaired my teeth brilliantly and I'm lucky to have such a superb dentist. Can't recommend this surgery highly enough - all the reports I've heard from several others, are that Dr Ten and Dr Umar are the best dentists they've had. The reception staff are courteous and helpful too.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. Friendly receptionist, clean waiting area. Dr Ross Avery was absolutely amazing. I initially went in as an emergency appointment, he made sure to check exactly what the problem was and then made sure I was happy with the treatment that needed to be done and over how many appointments. After attending all appointments and once fully treated he made sure I was satisfied with everything and then advised me of the products to use so I wouldn’t have any future problems and also prescribed me the best products to use for my teeth. A real asset to the surgery.
I visited on 16/01/23 with my son. The wait time was slightly shorter ( only 38 mins) but that was soon forgotten when we were introduced to one of the newly recruited dentists, Dr Jabeen. She had a lovely professional manner, was very patient, courteous and informative, a breath of fresh air in today's rushed society.
Dentists are good but receptionist s are a literal joke. Unprofessional, rude, and you’ll NEVER get seen on your appointment time. All they’re good at is chit chatting amongst themselves boils my blood. Atrocious.
Absolutely appalling waiting time. Although, you have an allocated time slot to get seen by the Dentist you’re waiting 1 hour minimum.
In my Mums last experience the Dentist didn’t even show up to his own Surgery.
Was told by a member of Reception this is general practice for a NHS dental surgery, but another member of staff told me they’re now private. Definitely won’t suggest registering here.
Can't say enough good things about Dr. Tan! it was my Child's first dental checkup at 18 months, he made us feel welcome and comfortable to ask any questions and concerns we had. He was very careful to make the baby as happy and reassured throughout as possible, and gave some really great advice on how to maintain healthy dental hygiene for toddlers. I honestly cannot recommend them enough, especially if you have a young child/ toddler and want to start them on the path of good oral hygiene as early as possible. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Dr Tan is great and lovely! He has been very patient and really care about the health of my teeth. Nice treatment received from him and the staff in the clinic. All the staff are friendly and nice in the clinic too. Finally found a good dentist like Dr Tan ...really glad ：）
