I went today with my husband so he could get his haircut. Haircut was good .Prices are okay.But clearly, it's not a cleanest place to sit down for 30 minutes or more. The smell of cigarettes ???? is so strong inside the building that we had to come home and change our clothes and take a bath. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if you don't smoke or like the smell of smoke on you. I didn't get photos of the inside of Ultracuts because of personal items lying around the waiting area. The lady told us she was living inside the building up until today. Where she was working as a hairdresser. Sorry for her situations, but this place is not set up for someone to be living in and cutting customers' hair. ⭐️⭐️
I went for a haircut recently and the stylist maribel is great! she leaves your hair clean and well cut, she is also a very friendly person I will definitely recommend her when you come here!

Stacy is awesome friendly and makes sure you are satisfied , been coming here some years turn over as been wild but Stacy been the best .highy recommend
i wish i could give no stars. there is a blonde woman there that is ON DRUGS! she is living in the shampoo room, her cat is roaming free and IM ALLERGIC TO CATS!! i will never go here again, as soon as i saw how messed up she was i turned around.. someone should shut this place down!! do not go here unless you have a death wish. It used to be a decent place of business now its just not worth it.
Got a good haircut from a very nice hair stylist and thats the good part!
The bad part was it was not very clean in the business, it smelled like the toilet had backed up, The hair stylist didn’t bother to sweep the former client hair or clean off the chair! The cape was the one used on the former client and had his hair all over it and it was dirty and stained! It was not a pleasant experience and will not go back! The Texas Department of Health will be notified!
I came here after a long time of no haircuts because of the virus. My hair cut felt rushed because of the crowded lobby. A good haircut is most defiantly not about speed. Its about quality. With that being said my hair was not blended properly. You can see harsh lines. I asked the stylist to blend my hair a little more, she did one side and called it good. Didnt even think about doing the other side. Honestly looks really bad. Now I have to go somewhere else to get this fixed. Last time I will be coming here.
Called about my bangs not being layered so they would wing back to sides and the back still too long after having it trimmed 2x during first visit. I asked the hair dresser if she had cut the bangs to make sure they wing and she said she did do that. Nope!!! The back in middlw of my neck way too long. Called next day, Sunday. lady said she can cut it be five minutes. I got there fast since I was in area. Lady spent more time chit chatting. Ridiculously unnecessary. Talking about how long it takes to do hairs and perms and stykes and ect. About to up and walk out.
